I really like this place. Merideth is my favorite instructor. She’s challenging, knowledgable and really knows how to accommodate any injures or issues so that you’re not wasting time trying to find an alternative movement during class. My only complaint is that the hour flies by and I don’t really feel worked out, I think maybe a lot of time is lost during transitions and that could be why I still feel like I need to go do another workout afterwards. I never feel this way after solidcore. I guess I wish the reformer class was quicker and more challenging.

I’ve been enjoying sessions here on a recent groupon. The classes have been good, though there doesn’t seem to be a regular clientele at the ones I’ve been to. The studio is clean and convenient. Overall, it’s been a good experience, though I’ve preferred classes that are harder lately.

Like all boutique focused fitness studios your experience will vary based on the instructor. The facility itself is spacious, the equipment is all new and the parking is free. Of the 3 My Thrive locations, this one has the best equipment and can facilitate the largest reformer class. I had Tatiana for my first time at this location and she was very knowledgeable and made on the spot corrections in form. I appreciated her dedication to the traditional Joseph Pilates teachings(think small muscles and small movements make for big results). I love having the variety of instructors as they all bring unique value. The most difficult or unpleasant aspect of any new location is the«newbies». Please, please, please, if you are new to the reformer or Pilates, please attend the Pilates Level 1 course. You owe it to yourself to feel confident on the equipment. The best part of My Thrive is the ability to use all 3 locations on one Mind/Body login. It almost guarantees a class is offered at the time you’d prefer.
