Nadsys

When my home printer stopped feeding paper properly I really wanted to find someone to look at it and see if it was reparable or not. Most offices I called did not even want to bother with a personal printer. Nadsys was very welcoming and encouraged me to bring it in for a look.
I brought the printer to their shop, located in a small strip mall in Falls Church. They said that looking at it would cost $ 35 which would be applied to the repair if I chose to do it. A holiday intervened, but I contacted them a couple of days later.
Again, they were very prompt and polite. They said that they identified the problem, but they could not obtain parts to repair it. When I picked it up, they did not charge me the $ 35 dollar examination fee as they determined it could not be repaired.
All in all my interaction with the people of Nadsys could not have been better and I would not hesitate to approach them again with a systems-​related issue.

Attention to detail, fair price and a quick turnaround.
The DC-​in plug on my Lenovo laptop came loose inside the case, and was no longer charging the computer. Even though I’m pretty comfortable working on simple repairs, this required the total disassembly of the laptop to get to the component, so I decided to go with a professional.
NADSys was listed as an official Lenovo repair vendor on the Lenovo site so I checked them out. Dean Zarpak, one of the managers, went over the cost with me, which was fair, labeled my laptop and ac adaptor, gave me a claim ticket. The repair was done, and my laptop was ready for pickup the next day.
Also there’s a convenience store next door that has great breakfast sandwiches. Bonus.
