I went to this location because I had a Catalina that had printed for a $ 19.99 oil change and tire rotation. I thought that was a GREAT deal and I knew I needed my tires rotated this time around. I called to find out about how long the wait would be if I stopped by. I have a 10 month old and I don’t want to be in a waiting room longer than I need to be. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and very helpful and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived right on time for my appointment and I do have to say I was only there for 45 min so it was efficient. However, they did not rotate the tires so, it may be longer if they actually give you the full service. I was greeted by a gentleman who checked me in and then went out to get mileage and check on my vehicle. when he can back in he stated loudly and what felt like a rude tone to me «You know your tires are completely bald, right?» I was hot. i controlled my emotions(yes, I get emotional over these things because I hate anything to do with servicing my vehicle) I stated I knew that they were getting low and I would need to replace them in the next few months. He said he can get me prices on tires but refused to rotate them since it wouldn’t make a difference. I was completely irritated in the way he handled this. I would have much preferred if he had showed me my tires and explained the low tread rather than speaking to me in what felt like a very condescending manner. At this point I really just wanted to leave. However, I had planed my entire day around getting an oil change and if I left it would be at least another week before I had the opportunity. So, I just asked if we would knock a few bucks off since they wouldn’t be doing the tire rotation and I could have gotten just an oil change elsewhere for $ 14.95. He refused to adjust and said that was the lowest price they could go. So, I agreed and let him know in a very irritated tone that I would go ahead and complete the oil change with them but only because I was there and they might as well just do it. So, for all that. Their refusal of saving me $ 5 on an oil change cost them a sale of 4 tires for my 2006 Toyota highlander. It doesn’t make much sense to me but I guess that’s how they want to do business.
