My favorite coffee shop in the area with excellent services, great atmosphere and high quality coffee. I highly recommend it!

Nice place. A bit messy on weekends though.

This location has a cozy and clean setup that has recently been remodeled. Parking and seating selections can be competitive, so arrive early for the best selections. Mobile pay makes it easy to grab and go your favorite joe or latte, we often select this option if seating options are not available. One thumb up.

Really don’t want to sound like a snob but when I spend $ 4.50 on a drink I would like to be treated with a little courtesy and not like I’m a nuisance. Although my name was on the cup you did not call it. I was left to read minds and when I seemed slightly perturbed by this there were no apologies, just a snarky comment.

People are still great and brews are consistently great. A recent makeover of the customer area leaves it updated but kind of sterile and more of the seating locations do not have electrical outlets.(A corporate strategist must have designed the decorations — «keep them moving»).The redo needs to be redone. The environment lost a lot of charm and depth, now it’s more like a earth tone box(despite the dimensions not changing a bit). They should have contracted or put to competition, some local designers to do the redesign for this«reserve» location. I still come here for coffee by folks who know their coffee.

I come here pretty much daily and have never had a bad experience. Sundance is there almost every time I am and she is always friendly, accurate, and quick to make drinks! The store is newly renovated, it is huge and has a great selection of coffee cups and food!

Love my local Starbucks! The people are great, the atmosphere is so cozy… and of course the coffee is delicious! Keep up the good work!

Actually this location has some features that set it above most of the other nearby Starbucks. This location has a large seating area with several leather crushed chairs and couches. The location is also open later in the evening than most of the other nearby stores. It’s convenient for a late night coffee beverage when in the area. There has always been ample parking.

The barista once brought a complementary venti black eye out to me while she noticed I was in the cold talking to a friend outside at 5:30AM. Margo was the best! This is like no other Starbucks in terms friendly customer service.

I was excited when we moved within walking distance of this Starbucks. However bums posing as entertainment greet you at the front door as they smoke beside the no smoking sign. Plan on your order being wrong or missing something. Expect pushy people because the staff rushes you through the register. Don’t expect them to call your name, finding your coffee is on you. I guess help is hard to find or the staff has been here so long they are content with poor service. We come back for convenience, not the typical Starbucks experience.

I know, it’s a Starbucks, so part of me thinks, what’s even the point of reviewing it at all. You pretty much know what you’re going to get, right? But then another part of me remembers all the fond times I had hanging out at this Starbucks as a middle schooler who probably shouldn’t have drank as much coffee back then as I did, and how I’ve had friends who’ve worked at this location, and I’ve really spent a significant portion of my time at this location, and basically how it’s the best Starbucks soooo, here we are. This is a nice, big Starbucks with plenty of seating indoors, as well as a few tables right outside. The parking in Falls Plaza is always a little tricky, especially around lunch and dinnertime(there IS a Chipotle like 4 doors down), but even though this Sbux gets a lot of business, the folks who work here always seem on top of their game. Lines move quickly, orders are taken efficiently, the little phone app scanner thing always works, what more could I ask for? PS: I tried the Frappuccino flavor contest winner since they were having a $ 3 grande deal for it – a cocoa mocha crunch something-something — and got diabetes, so, yay! ;)

I love it here. I know, I know Starbucks the big corporate beast. But this one has smiles and love and the one I used to go to in Adams Morgan sucked. So I give them high five!!’

This Starbucks is quite large with lots of of seating, but the AM barista(older woman, didn’t catch her name) was pretty unpleasant. She didn’t even so much as say hello… just wanted the order and $$. Disappointed. I wanted to make this location my «go to» on my way to work. #customerservice

It’s Starbucks so you know what you’re getting into with the product. It’s near the Unity club which hosts AA meetings so it’s always busying with people gathering pre and post meeting. Like all Starbucks with free Wi-Fi there’s a large number of students, interviews and people working at any time during the day. There are several large larger tables. They finally clamped down on smokers who made sitting outside less desirable. It’s rather dark inside with not too many windows. It’s noisy in general – Not my favorite location to hangout. Staff and speed of service are fine for the volume and I’ve never been served a bad drink. No drive through.

The baristas rock at this location. The drinks are made perfectly. The coffee shop looks small from the outside but they can squeeze in a lot of people into this location. The parking lot is limited and poorly designed at the southeast end so it takes a bit of patience. My coworkers and my family frequent this particular location because of the drinks and ambience. The crowd is nice and friendly usually. You can leave your non-valuable belongings on a seat and it usually stays as you left it. I hope that never changes with time.

Just padding my numbers here. I had an unsweetened ice tea with an undersized lemon wedge and some wi-fi while I waited for my ride and eavesdropped on the next table over – Don’t worry, young lady, you’ll find a job, just keep persevering.

Five stars specific for the quality of service I received from Diann this morning. It is SUPER rare to see an employee express such a positive and optimistic attitude. She took everyone’s order with a smile. That can be appreciated especially during the über early hours of a Friday morning. Thanks Diann for setting the stage for a great day!

This is one of the better Starbucks because there is soooo many seats, around 40 – 50 I think. About half can access a power outlet so you can work. Staff has always been nice, this is usually the location I go to in this area.

Ugh. This starbucks. While I’ve been to many Starbucks, it’s not like I’m going to review all of them, but this particular one I do have something to say. It is the location nearest to my work, so I’ll stop in the morning or during my lunch break for my coffee fix. It is located in a small little shopping center which probably has plenty of parking for a normal location. However people seem to congregate for book clubs at this location, or substitute it for a library(hey, I wrote 90% of my papers at a starbucks when I was in grad school so I can’t judge) but seriously. The line is always so long, once I turned around because I didn’t feel like waiting what would have been over 20 minutes for my iced coffee. Always just too many people. Sometimes you can’t even find a parking spot. So instead of lurking in the lot waiting for someone to leave, just move on because you’re probably going to be waiting too long in line anyway.
