There is something very sketchy going on at this place. They quoted certain prices to me on some very expensive procedures and then filed the claims incorrectly. It’s been months and they claim to have contacted my insurance and sent me relevant information, but nothing has come of it. I think there are some questionable activities happening in this facility.
Furthermore, the experience itself with Dr. Liao was very bizarre – he took many pictures of my mouth and shoulders and posture, then showed me video clips of patient success stories and powerpoint slides of celebrities, telling me that they were successful because they had large mouths. Additionally, he told me he was surprised that I wasn’t dead yet because my air passageway was so small. You can’t make this stuff up, folks. Guess it’s surprising that I’m still around to write this review, huh?

Awful experience. I chose Dr. Liao because his website advertises his holistic approach, but I felt like he ignored my needs and tried to sell me on a very expensive jaw alignment procedure that had nothing to do with what I came in for, and that no dentist had ever recommended to me before. His bedside manner made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable, and it seemed like he was at odds with his staff. I came in to have a partial made, and the first time that it came in, it was fit completely improperly. I was told that the lab broke my mold accidentally, but made the partial anyway, which I felt was really unprofessional. I would rather that Dr. Liao contact me and ask me to come in to make another mold so that the partial would have been made properly the first time. I had to have it remade, and wait several weeks for the new one to be ready. I thought that the new one was fine, and it broke within two weeks of me wearing it. He was able to have it fixed within a couple of days at no additional charge, but I was so uncomfortable and unhappy with every aspect of the experience that I will never go there again. If you’re looking for pain, inconvenience, frustration and humiliation, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, skip it.
