LOVE Paddle boarding. Figured I had to try while I was out in the Hamptons for the weekend. Figured the water would cold I would fall in a million times and would have a hard time learning. Thankfully they made it pretty easy. Except its a really sick workout. Sore but in a really good way, I forgot to bring water but they gave it to me. I was a little scared at first but it’s actually not too bad if you pay attention to the trainer. Very cool. Next I’m learning to kite surf. Wish they taught that too.
