I hate going to the Dentist… like really. BUT I LOVE going to see Dr. Hong!!! She is so great and her staff is wonderful!!! Susie is always so nice and gets me in right when I need it.
They are so awesome!!! If you need a dentist go here!!!

After going through three dentists and horrible experiences (heavy hands, bad materials and unprofessionalism) I found Family Tree Dental. I initially drove by and likes the appearance so naturally went to Unilocal to read reviews.
This is a very nice and up to date office with top of the line equipment. Susie, at the front desk is a gem. She does a little bit of everything and is extremely knowledgeable. The whole office is very pro-​patient and has your best interest in mind. They work with you and your insurance to ensure your out of pocket is as little as possible.
I was told about issues I’ve had my whole life with medical explanations in regards to my teeth grinding. I’ve never had this type of care with a dental office!
Working in the health field I have very high standards and wanted to review this place immediately. I waited until a second visit to make sure the type of service received was consistent.
I will make this my dental home and am excited for my next visit.

The place is the best! I’ve switched dentist offices 3 times in 5 years due to bad service or every time I would go there would be a different dentist. Dr. Hong has been exceptional. I’ve had two crowns, 3 fillings, 3 cleanings, and teeth whitening this year from Dr. Hong. She is very friendly and always lots of fun to talk to. She makes you feel at easy. Susie at the front desk always has a smile on her face. She is very professional and always explains my benefits and what my responsibility will be. Excellent customer service.
If you are looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly dentist office with the latest in dental technology I would highly recommend Family Tree Dental Care (Dr. Hong).

The office is very clean and nice the receptionist is dressed properly and her name is Susie and she greets you with a smile and positive attitude and the assistant is Brandy she is very nice and has a wonderful attitude as well. There is a tv showing kids movie and the chairs has a massagers that is very lightly giving you a back massage. For all the African American women who are natural like me there is a brochure up front and on the front it features s black women who is natural. Just wanted to throw that out there. I made a appointment for a cleaning however I felt that they wanted to get more money because they would not give me a cleaning because they wanted me to pay for a deep cleaning which is $ 500.00. And yes I do have dental insurance

I really really hate going to the dentist. I hate sitting in that chair, mouth open, people tinkering around in my mouth and I have no idea what’s going on. I hate it so much that I put it off for almost two years since my last terrible visit. Never again shall I go there!
My company got a new dental plan so I saw this as an opportunity to find a different Dentist. No research was really involved, I just picked the closest Dentist that my insurance covered. I honestly could have not been more lucky! Dr. Hong is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything she notices about your teeth and gums. She’s so easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable around her so I wasn’t as freaked out sitting in that evil throne of pain. She also speaks Korean and Spanish, not that I know any of that, but I always like to see doctors putting effort into catering to other cultures.
The office is very nice and clean compared to some run down ones I have been to. The equipment isn’t broken or taped up, the seats don’t have holes in them, and overall it is well maintained. It’s professional, looks very new, and it doesn’t set off a narcissistic vibe (for example, only hiring ridiculously good looking staff members with hoity-​toity attitudes). Everyone was generally very pleasant to be around, especially for a Saturday which is by appointment only.
I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, strange right?! On top of that it’s for filling cavities I have! Shame on me for waiting this long and not flossing!
