First of all, I should mention I got a deal on my Lexus GX470. They had the right color combination that we were looking for at a good price. They knew we were looking at other dealerships as well and what really impressed me was the no hassle and non-​abrasive attitude of the staff. They didn’t «bother» me on making a decision. Scott was extremely nice and answered all of my text messages over the course of a week about the SUV. Not only was the sales process smooth and hassle free, but they also secured a loan at half a point less than my own bank!

Exceptional service. Very impressed by how hard Scott worked to make my car purchase a completely stress free experience. This was nothing like what I would have expected from a car dealership. Definitely a one of a kind business dedicated to the customer. Thank you!

The transaction was super simple they didn’t beat me up over my trade. Matt got me a great rate on the financing. I shopped around online and found what I was looking for here. They were up front about what they could do with the price. They weren’t pushy and let me make my decision.

I bought a 2011 M3 for $ 54 000. The dealer who service me told me the tires passed inspection. And the other dealer who were cleaning up my car told me the front tires is good and the rear tires still can drive at least a year. Then 2 days later i went to discount tire, they told me the rear tires definitely have to renew within 2 months and the front tires have to renew within 6 months. So i called back the dealer he said he will call me back but he never did. Then i called the manager and what he said was really really piss me off. First, he said i should check the tires before i purchase it. okay, how? how am i suppose to check the tires? Second, he said after i paid for the M3 and drive out then is all my business. Really? I paid $ 54 000 for the car and they just ignore the issues? I mean they should take responsible for the tires because they LIED to me. The manager even told me why i listen to the dealer who work in the Fisch-​Bone. Really? Then WTF your dealers for? This place is horrible. They only want to earn the money from you and thats it. Now i have to pay $ 1500 t renew all tires. So why should you guys still going to buy a car from them? Don’t be Stupid!

This was the worst car buying experience ever.
I’ve bought/​sold over 20 cars throughout my life so far, and the one car we purchased from this dealership has been the worst experience ever. We bought a 2002 BMW M3 w/​SMG transmission, the car was purchased «AS-​IS» and we were comforted by an extended powertrain warranty which we were told would cover anything SMG transmission-​related in addition to being told that the car was «looked over» by their mechanics and there are no issues. Well it appears that there is major lack of knowledge when this car was purchased by them at the auction, missing parts: engine splash shield, front suspension reinforcement plate, BMW trunk took kit, original floor mats, broken fender lining. broken Car fax showed multiple auction resells and numerous trips to the dealership for transmission service. I’d have to say, we took a chance on this thing because we were attracted by price and rareness of the car. On the evening drive home after purchase, transmission started to act up, then following day, same thing: while cruising/​changing gears/​stopped the car will go into neutral and requires several full stop & restarts of the engine! We then had to wait for warranty to kick in, THEN to find out that warranty does not cover SMG transmission components! Dealership didn’t even know the fine print of the warranty they sold to us!!! So they advised us to cancel the warranty, and they will assist with the cost of the repairs. After $ 1900 of their help and over $ 6000 of our money — the car still has same issues! We agreed to not ask for more assistance from them after their $ 1900 — but man, do I feel abandoned! All this in only one month’s time — we even rented a car for 2 weeks, out of pocket!!! This whole experience was ridiculous, they then offered us only $ 13 500 to buy the car back which we originally paid nearly $ 20 000 for. Wow, really?
… we are STILL till this day, stuck with a car that we would be upside down on the loan if we sold it at a loss, and we can’t even drive it anywhere far, since it can fall out of gear at anytime.
