History
Established in 1965.
In 1965 Texas Bar-B-Q was about to make history in Dallas, thanks to Charles Marshall. Charles opened his first Marshall’s Bar-B-Q in downtown Dallas, which became quite a mark in the restaurant industry. He and his wife Deloris had their hands full with a booming restaurant. Lines out the door became common place to taste his mouth watering slow smoked brisket and homemade sides. Charles used only the best ingredients. His recipes and attention to detail have been passed along to the next generation of Marshalls and wouldn’t you know, even after almost 50 years, lines out the door are still common place.
Marshall’s Bar-B-Q has two restaurant locations in the Carrollton and the Farmers Branch area. Easy to find and super convenient. The Carrollton location has a drive through to help you feed your crowd fast.
We are dedicated to preserving a fantastic Bar-B-Q tradition. Our food is a piece of Texas that we would like to preserve for the upcoming generations.
