Service is way over priced and labor rates thru the roof. You get charged like a dealer and they sell you stuff like a dealer to even stuff u don’t need

They’re the best period. They know what they’re doing with higher end cars. There the only one I trust to touch my Audi Joe is so kind and helpful too

What a great team to work with. I was looking to get a software upgrade done to my 2016 SQ5 and they just happened to be one of the dealers on the software co. website. Gave them a call and they actually spent time with me on the phone explaining to me what gets done and what to expect. No oversell — just the facts. Did a stage 1 upgrade and loved it. A few weeks later called about stage 2. Again — great results. They are a real pleasure to work with, really know their cars, and get it done right.
So far so good. Next step is a set of sway bars. They let me know the pros and cons and gave me their honest opinion. Price is fair. Work is great. Give them a try.

I have been working on vehicles of all sorts since my teens. Unfortunately I never excelled in Audi computer work. That’s where Elite comes in. For me it was a simple tune injectors and springs but these guys know their work inside and out. Joe in the office was extremely helpful in getting my list done to the T and he did everything he could to help with the cost. I have three kids so it’s tough to get work done and I can leave you all with this. Elite is professional, honest, customer friendly and prompt to completion. Thanks to all at the shop. !!! I can finally say I own and Audi B6 Avant with a smile instead of a story !!! You guys are awesome!

Best VW shop in the area, brought my mk6 GLI for a APR tune, intake, and boost gauge and was very impressed with the power my car has now. Elite did a awesome job on the mods and Kai is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Elite does very neat, clean work and actually care about every car they work on. Shop is very clean and has a modern look. I first brought my VW to the old shop in medford, now its good to see Kai doing big things at the new shop. I will always bring my VW here, as well as my future cars

Hats off to Elite. The premier Long Island Audi and more shop. Place is classy, spotless, and they are super knowledgable. I needed a new key for my Audi A4 and they obtained it, programmed it and gave me an oil change while I was there and checked out all my systems. They did a fabulous job and saved me a ton of money. Much less than the dealer and all while I waited in their beautiful showroom/​waiting room.
They also did an exhaust install on my Audi S8 and again top notch along with an APR Tune all while I waited. These guys are great and I look forward to using them to maintain all my Audi’s and my Spyker C8 with an Audi drivetrain.

Professionals! — Fast, prompt, and doesn’t beat around the bush. I was told in to bring my car in for a diagnose, that same day, they told me exactly what was wrong with it — what they could do to fix it, and what the cost was… mind you this doesn’t happen ANYWHERE without the mechanics uttering the words «uh…umm…uh»… So with all trust… I left my baby (my car) in their hands, more importantly I didn’t have to call back — because I WAS called when I was told I would be called… After I picked the car up I was VERY pleased with their quality of work, and the time they did it in… they even did an email follow up to see if everything was running smoothly… Car hasn’t given me ANY problems since! Won’t go any where else, and refuse to!

This is without a doubt the place to go to for any VW/​AUDI/​PORSCHE work. Whether its a simple oil change or complicated modifications I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my car. The shop is brand new, super clean and spacey and the have a very knowledgeable staff that will lead you in the right direction! They have done work on my cars for years and are very trustworthy!

I have a 2001 Audi A6 with nearly 200K miles on it. The car had been getting worse and worse… shaking all the time when driving and even when idling, stuttering as I would accelerate, etc. The dealer told me it was old and not worth fixing because there were so many things wrong with it, and that I should just trash it and buy a new car. I heard from some friends that Elite has the best Audi/​VW/​Porsche service around, so I figured I would give them a shot to fix it. The shop was very nice… super clean, stylish, and comfortable, and everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, THE CAR IS RUNNING BETTER THAN IT EVER DID!!! I still can’t believe how well it’s running — It’s like a brand new car, and the price was quite reasonable. I am so happy that I went to Elite, and I would recommend them to anyone. When I do buy a new car, I will be back to let them work their aftermarket magic on it! The other customers in the shop told me they’re the best at that as well. The guys at Elite really know what they’re doing. Very high quality work. I CAN’T SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH!

I’ve been going to Elite Motorsports since it’s first inception with Sal Valenti. I went to college with Kai and his background in mechanical engineering completely supplements his enthusiasm with the Audi/​VW/​Porsche scene. I have nothing but outstanding words to say about the quality of work that they have performed on my old B5 Audi S4. I look forward to bringing my new MK6 GTI to them!

This is the best Audi, Porsche, VW independent shop I’ve found in the country. Great for tuning as well as maintenance. They did an amazing overhaul of an older Audi A8 for my family. I wish I lived closer so I could have them at my disposal for my Audi Q5.
Kai is very helpful and a really nice guy.
