I was pleasantly surprised by my visit today. The shop was not where Google maps placed it. Instead search for Karako Suits. The Dewalt shop is next door to it (it must be new since Street View isn’t updated yet either). It turned out the saw I’d brought in for a repair was just not properly tightened up and the friendly staff fixed my issue at no charge. It was a truly great experience. The store also has lots of Dewalt merchandise on sale for purchase if you’re looking for that.
