History

Established in 1996.

We grew up with many entrepreneurs in our extended family. We witnessed first hand the impact that high taxes and complex regulations had on family members.

The purpose of our firm is to help small business owners who are being strangled with high taxes and complex regulations break free. We help our clients lower their taxes without raising red flags with the IRS while providing them guidance on issues impacting small businesses.

Meet the Business Owner

Vito C.

Business Owner

Vito Curcuru received his Masters in Business Administration degree from Wayne State University. After graduate school, he began working in a local accounting firm and later became its tax manager. Working in a medium-​sized CPA firm, Vito had broad responsibilities and assignments. As tax manager, he was responsible for keeping abreast of current tax legislation and keeping the rest of the firm informed on current tax rules and procedures.

Vito also represented clients in IRS and State of Michigan audits. He worked with other professionals such as attorneys and Certified Financial Planners to develop comprehensive financial plans for clients. His duties also included accounting procedures such as setting up client accounting information systems, preparing financial statements, and performing financial statement reviews and audits.
