Mutual Property Management of Michigan was founded in 2007 to meet the needs of property owners and tenants alike in the Detroit Metropolitan area. We actively manage almost 400 residential homes. We serve our clients with a personalized, professional approach to property management.

History

Established in 2007.

Mark Heppard, the founder of Mutual Property Management, has been involved and active in mortgages and real estate for over 20 years.

Being an investment property owner himself, he wasn’t happy with the service he had received from Michigan property management companies he hired to manage his own rental properties. At Mutual, we are dedicated to preserving and protecting our landlord’s properties in every way possible. At the same time, we try to make every attempt to please our tenants so they better maintain the homes they are renting and stay in them for longer periods of time.
