So cozy and nice. We stayed in the king size bedroom. It was a nice size plus the view outside was very pretty. The breakfast is awesome. Biscuits and gravy A+. Oh and they offer coffee 24⁄7. I wish I would have brought my swim suit since they have an indoor pool and spa. It looked nice.
Definitely would recommend for anyone driving through or stopping in Fayette, IA.

Giving it two stars because they sell wine, and the housekeeping staff is DELIGHTFUL, courteous & efficient. The description of this hotel and it’s so called amenities is a blatant lie. There is no gym here, guests can DRIVE to the Upper Iowa U & PAY to use their gym. There is the typical waffle maker & powdered egg hotel lobby breakfast, but eat up because there are very few places to eat in town and when they run out of frozen pizzas at this hotel, that’s the end. And let’s not forget the heaters that are so loud we considered chopping wood and burning it in the sink. There are few options in this lovely town, but that’s no excuse for this hotel to fabricate services it doesn’t provide.
