Incredible customer service, quick repairs and they offer a military discount. The owner was willing to give me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle and they rushed to get my car done so I could have it before the end of the day.

What a great little place! The prices are awesome & the customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. C and J is the only place I will be using while we are here at Fort Bragg. Everyone here is knowledgable about vehicles and parts, and are wonderful to work with. I know that their inspection is in depth, because they noticed that the spark plugs I had installed two months prior were new. They figured out right away that the issue I’ve been having for a couple months was a bent rim, which the other shop I had visited a month prior never mentioned. They compared prices for me, called a few places for me, and ordered a new rim and installed it a few days later. I feel so lucky that I found C and J after moving here recently, especially since I depend on my vehicle so much. They also arrange towing if needed. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Excellent customer service. I was calling different auto shops to get quotes for a window repair and was treated so nicely over the phone that I didn’t even bother calling any other shops, I instantly booked with C&J. They got me in really quick and the turn around time was great! They even gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. Was pleased with the outcome of their service as well. I would highly recommend!

I brought my car in for new tires and was able to get them replaced right away at a fair price. Friendly, honest and genuine people run this shop. I plan on going back again for my next service. I like the fact that I am supporting a local business owner.

I am staying in the Ft Bragg area until my daughter is out of the army, caring for her newborn son. We were looking all over for a GOOD mechanic/​shop to get their car ready for the move back north. THANK GOD we found C & J.
I gave these guys came back with only 2 items that I actually needed. Told them the car needed brakes, rotars, spark plugs, oil change, and tires! They did it quick too and even rotated the tires.
They checked out the car and said, «Lady, all you really need is a tune up, brakes are good, tires look almost new.»
They could have really just done all that I asked and made a fortune but they were very honest. I had them do the brakes anyway and the tune up and will ABSOLUTELY go back to get new tires put on before we move back up to DC.
YOU CAN TRUST THESE GUYS. The five most important words when choosing a mechanic/​shop. If I didn’t have a prepaid maintenance on my new vehicle I would make these guys my mechanics!

I own a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and the air conditioner stopped blowing cold. I took it to the dealer, Hendrick Jeep, and they told me that I needed to replace my entire air compressor for $ 800! This was AFTER I paid $ 150 just to get them to examine the problem.
After balking at the price for the repair, I went for a second opinion. C&J was just down the street on Yadkin Road and they took a look at my car for free. They quoted me just $ 80 to fix it and said that it was a faulty A/​C clutch switch!
After showing me what they did for the repair, I swore to never set foot at a dealer for a Jeep repair again! Now, C&J has me as a committed, die-​hard customer!

In every town, there’s a smalltown autoshop. sometimes it’s family-​run, sometimes it’s a dude and a couple buddies who decided to open up a garage. but the ultimate feature of a smalltown garage, besides not having a big franchise logo over their building, is that you can really tell they love their job. not only do they take pride in their very good work, they also do their best to make sure your car is running as it should be. they’re also very friendly, personable and helpful as can be.
i went in one day for the guy, James, to take a look. I was having problems with the lights on my license plate, and as i needed to pass my safety inspection ASAP, i was hurtin for some help. i changed the bulbs, checked the fuses, and figured it must have been a short in the wiring, which was way over my head. i know how to solder, i’m just not very good at it. and i didn’t have the time, patience or expertise to do it on my car just yet.
so i looked up nearby garages and i took it in for a little consult. now most garages, especially ones with full parking lots, have a waiting period of a few days for an appointment. I got booked for the next morning. it took a couple hours but it got squared away. the price hurt but it wasn’t as bad as say, a ticket or paying a franchise or a dealership to do it. considering it was an electrical issue, i’d say i got off pretty light. and the lady at the desk helped pass the time, as the morning news had gotten dull and the coffee pot got low, we talked about tv shows for like an hour. also, you get free coffee while you wait!
this is a great little autoshop. they’ll help you out and they won’t try to scam or gut you. they seem honest enough and they will go out of their way to make sure you’re on your way.

These guys always do a great job changing my oil doing routine maintenance but today I had them change my tires.
They went above and beyond replacing tires and swapping tires on the spare and we putting it back up underneath the car. The owner was awesome and did whatever we needed, it is a great place to go get your car serviced.
Also I got tires, got them mounted & balanced and my oil changed, plus my girlfriend’s car serviced all for the same price I was going to have to pay for JUST THE TIRES at Sam’s.
All that and it is a locally owned business, you can’t beat it. Highly recommend these guys.

I took my truck there to get shocks and the fuel injectors cleaned. Everyone who I came in contact with there very friendly and helpful. Somehow they managed to provide quality work at a low-​cost and quickly. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.
