I started in real estate in May 2004 and average 28 – 33 sales per year. Member of Multi-​million dollar club every year in the business. Total, hands-​on client help, from start to finish of transaction. Happy to review the whole buying process with clients, particularly first-​time buyers and introduce to excellent local lenders for pre-​approval.

I’ve been a Realtor since 2004. I’ve always enjoyed helping my clients find the very best property for their needs, as well as looking at the long term and making sure it is also a wise investment. I have a background in architectural drafting and am married to my wonderful husband, Tim Permenter, who is a builder-​contractor and owns Trident Tactical Shooting School. I have many years of experience in construction and will always point out the cons, as well as the pros, on any property. I look at my connection with my clients as long term relationships, many who are friends for years, selling and reselling their properties and buying new ones, as their lives change…

For fun, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, horseback riding. I am a strong advocate for animal welfare and the environment and am member of many related local and international organizations.
