I visited This location last week to grab the kids some donuts. The hot sign outside was on, so I figured I would be getting fresh donuts. When I got home, I found that they were all stale. Such a disappointment when you are looking forward to soft donuts!

I do not understand how people can consume these type of donuts in the morning besides just as a treat or for dessert. They are to sweet and if not at times fresh they would be best comparable to grocery store packaged donuts. I’ve noticed that the places I only eat donuts from they have Vietnamese and Chinese families who own as a family business and they taste delicious like baked goods. I don’t know if they bake them or have them fried but those are doughnuts to me that are Homer Simpson yummy quality not stuffed icing and doused pastry with loads of sugar.

Okay, a two not because of doughnuts but my opinion is that service is slow and they have give us another box because the whole box had no glaze on it. Krispy Kreme is not a glaze doughnut without the glaze. You will wait if that light is on. Lines are long and you blocked in not really a good spot, but hi it’s Krispy Kreme doughnuts, so you wait. I chance two 3 cause of taste of hot doughnuts. Lol

I love Krispy Kreme as much as anyone else, so this review is not reflective of what the doughnuts taste like, because they are on point! I went in about a month ago and I decided to use the app that Krispy Kreme has, which allows you to load money to purchase items and it also gets you points on it. I had some money on the app that I wanted to use to pay for my doughnuts and the cashier and the supervisor at this location did not know how to use it. What made the situation worse is that they just blew me off like it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t do anything about it. If you have a product that is supposed to make my experience better, then every store should know how to use it. And if you can’t use your product then at least offer a solution to me so I’m not stuck with money that I can’t use.

Still one of the better stores in the Ft. BRAGGAREA. Seems to be the only real place to get bulk coffee on this side of town. They open early and the store always smells so good. Like it here first thing in the am right after they open. Hot and fresh!!! My only issue is the older lady who sometimes works the counter. When she is there the place comes to a crawl. Orders get mixed up or you sit and wait because she forgets. Nice lady but should not work the counter.

Love this place. My waist line doesn’t though. Always fresh donuts, great selection, and variety. Workers are always very helpful and nice. Always order at least a dozen. Only dislike is how sweet all the drinks are, lattas, and frozen lemonade way too sweet for me, but are good.

It is a tradition not to show up without Krispy Kreme doughnuts when visiting my grandkids. So that means that we buy lots of glazed doughnuts! With that said my most frequent visit on Friday, May 1, 2015 around noon was the worst ever. First we waited in the drive thru about 15 minutes, but everyone knows the doughnuts are worth the wait. Well, I was very disappointed! When we got the doughnuts back to the house, I was shocked. The doughnuts shrunk tremendously, and they looked different from the quality of doughnuts that Krispy Kreme is known for. Of course we all grabbed a doughnut, and they were AWFUL! My 3 year grandson did not even finish his. We ended up throwing the rest in the garbage. I don’t know what is going on at the Fayetteville, NC. Bragg Blvd. location, but it cannot be good for business! I should have followed my instinct when I first drove up and saw all doughnuts just thrown on the ground in the back of the building. The area was filthy! Highly Disappointed!!!

Is it me or did they change the recipe? Bought 2 dozen home and my kids ate one donut and i had to throw the rest away. I also noticed something different about them whether it was the size(smaller) or the amount of glaze(less) the last few times i visited Krispy Kreme. The next time I go to a different city I’m going to try Krispy Kreme out to see if its Fayetteville’s Krispy Kreme or every Krispy Kreme.

This location is G-H-E-T-T-O! Employees act like they don’t want to be there. They always only have a small selection of assorted donuts. Don’t understand why the manager was running to the back to fill customers orders. Wouldn’t it make sense to have the donuts up front? Store itself was filthy as well. Poor customer ordered 2 doz donuts and everyone behind him got their orders as he waited 10min. They totally skipped over his order. When he complained to the employee, he didn’t really care. The manager was called and he didn’t care either. Poor customer service.

Service is okay, but they NEVER have anything they advertise. Like all the cute Valentine’s Day donuts on vday, or even the easter ones. Online, they show all these flavors and when I send my husband out with a list of a list. They have nothing but 1 – 2 of my choices. The parking is pretty small, the store itself isn’t the cleanest and pretty outdated. I was embarrassed to take a photo of the donuts being made and share with my friends. The area was very messy, the glass window itself was dirty. With all the build up donuts and icing on the ground that had fallen off the belt made me wonder how often the floors were cleaned.

These doughnuts are so addictive. The only thing that I hate us that the parking lot is so small. Also the last 3 times that I have been here, they have been out of the chocolate chip cookie dough doughnuts.

We went when the panthers won the other night, catching a 3.99 glazed dozen special. We called ahead to ensure the hot and ready light was on. We got our 2 dozen straight off the conveyor belt and quietly inhaled them in the car. Each person ate two. The other dozen went to our neighbors house. Around a 10 mile drive and they were still warm when they got to their door. We are usually not a fan of these kind of donuts, we usually do local bakeries, but tonight was special, maybe because it was a school night and we were getting donuts at 9:00 pm. Trade off? A sleeping toddler when we get home and a quiet night for parents. Thanks Krispy Kreme!

I got to the store in the late afternoon and the sun was beating through the window. It would have been nice if the windows were tinted, but at least they had blinds. I was given fresh donuts and they also have a military discount. Overall this was a good experience.

It was the first time ever sleeping over at my girlfriends house. It also happened to be the night that I decided to make an executive decision to fart for the first time in front of her. I had everything prepared even a small bottle of foot powder which I use exclusively for my bosom. The fart went well and she breathed in that sweet-sweet scent. It went so well that I stayed the night and farted twice more. The next morning I had a mean craving for krispey kreme donuts. I passed on this craving to my girl and we decided to head out and grab a donut or 5. Once getting there we stood behind a guy in overalls and his 33 year old son who obviously knew a flood was coming. In line the donuts displayed in front of us looked like the homeless donated them to the store; not the other way around. We ordered our 4 donuts and they took them into the back, what for you ask? Obviously to dunk them back into the fryer and burn them then microwave them.

I think I have written a review before but here it goes again. If you bring family to town, bring them here if they like doughnuts. You get to see them making your doughnuts fresh right in front of you! It’s a great experience to see in person.
