We use the Norwalk Juicer at Native Nectar known as the best cold pressed juicer in the world. It is so renowned that a renown alternative cancer treatment, the Gerson Therapy, uses it exclusively to cure their patients. The Norwalk, presses instead of heating the produce thus retaining greater nutrients in the juice. The pressing also minimizes produce waste as well. The Gerson Institute is a non-​profit organization in San Diego, California, dedicated to providing education and training in the Gerson Therapy, an alternative, non-​toxic treatment for cancer and other chronic degenerative diseases.
