History

Established in 1988.

I managed my first commercial pool in 1988, I was 13. I have managed two pool companies since and was not satisfied with their lack of customer service, communication, and thorough training. Their get in and get out (with the money) attitude combined with unethical and often immoral practices forced me to start my own business to serve customers who needed knowledge and reliability at an affordable price.

My name is Jade Nelson. I have a BBA in finance from the University of Georgia. I graduated with a 3.48 GPA. I have managed four companies in the last 20 years and have identified many of three flaws customers are forced to suffer through. Communication, reliability, and knowledgeable employees while continuing to offer fair pricing are crucial to success in the service industry.
