Biggest mistake I made in my divorce. Fortunately I was able to retain a great lawyer before I really got screwed by my ex husband. This man doesn’t return calls, communicate changes of court times nor did he do a THING to help me during the time I did have him representing me. As if all of that wasn’t bad enough, I had to go to the NC State Bar in order to dispute charges he had agreed to remove because I was billed in error for them. He never removed them, and wouldn’t return any of my MANY calls so I had to go through the Bar. To which he responded he would remove the charges… and STILL didn’t do. I had to contact his staff to FINALLY get them removed. TERRIBLE.
