The Enclave at Pamalee Square Apartments

We only stayed here for 6 months but absolutely loved the place, the staff was amazing as well (Brooke, Tonyia and Stacy) real profession and courteous. When we stumbled here looking for a place to rent it was literally a Sunday morning and I had to catch a flight later that day back to Texas and leave my wife there till I finish school. Brooke did an outstanding job making sure we find the most suitable apartment among the many options they have that fit our budget and made us feel real comfortable. The place we picked was spacious, open concept kitchen black appliances and kitchen cabinets; Needless to say my wife loved it! I never had to worry about how long it’d take them to process a work order, I’d usually see the guys come in the next business day if not same day. To be honest though we rarely had to submit a work order anyway. The only thing I would recommend for the staff is to run a periodic maintenance an some clean up on the grill by the pool, the smell of buildup grease and burnt meet is just obnoxious but to be fair they have a sign says clean up after grilling they just need to enforce it. Last I would definitely recommend the Enclave apartment at Pamalee.

My husband and I lived here for a little over 2 years and really enjoyed it. Apartments are very spacious and well kept. We never had an issue that maintenance didn’t help us with immediately. The staff here is amazing. Stacy, Brooke, and Tonia are so helpful and accommodating. If I had one complaint it would be the noise from neighbors. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from walking to toilets flushing, but that is to be expected in apartment living. Overall would recommend The Enclaves!

although i was one of the first tenants to live here, and accredited the lack of children due to the newness of the environment/​apartments. However, this apartment complex is COMPLETELY non children friendly, what so ever. not that that dont like children, of course i understand the age requirement at the pool, but for being such a large apartment complex, you would think that they would have invested some money into a better playground! if your children are over the age of 5, DO NOT move here. there is a lot of grass, but thats where everyone walks there dogs at, and there is absolutely no place for the children to play. My children are now going on 8, and the only place they can play is in the back next to the woods, but with what? There is nothing. Even the ««club house» has a pool table but its really only for adults. The tiny playground is very miniature, that literally my now 8 years old, couldnt even fit on 2 years ago. Its unfortunate because this place could be great. I think that the lack of children out and areas for them to play, makes the entire community very quiet and withdrawn. I lived here for a year, and had no idea who my neighbors are. I recommend this apartment complex to elderly (only if you live on the the 1^st or 2^nd floors-​very dependent on the building) and would be great if you had hearing problems, because the walls are so thin. Or maybe if you are single and want a boring quieter environment. This place isnt a «family place» at all. so unfortunate.

One bedroom has a nice size kitchen. Bedroom is small. Walls are thin, but I have not heard any noise from upstairs except when I am in the bathroom. They have a pool table, movie room, pool, volleyball court, computer room, station to wash your vehicle, dog park, and doggy areas to relieve themselves with poop bags available. Having guests is a nuisance. My friend’s rental car was towed the second day she stayed to visit. They forgot to give her a parking permit. It was a huge inconvenience, but they apologized and did not charge her for the tow which could have been between $ 300 – 400! Staff is courteous. Rates are reasonable with the amenities. Great location, safe area, gated entry. Worth a look.

I have looked all over town for an open kitchen… Frantically looking for a place to move into, I found the Enclave tucked away off Pamalee Square. it’s a little deceiving as the apartments at the street turnoff looks dilapidated and unkept… however, if you can just drive past that housing area, right before the dead end is a gem. it was built 2 years ago in 2010, so everything is still brand new and not yet showing any wear. they have a wide range of floor plans from single to three bedroom apartments. The leasing agents live in the complex, so you know that the upkeep and amenities will be well kept.
They were the only place that I could find that didn’t restrict huskies and akida dogs. They have a bark park and complimentary poopy bags.
It is surrounded by tons of trees, and the street dead ends with the complex, so you don’t get a lot of foot traffic passing the complex which is an added security.
One downside, apartments go up to the third floor, so if you are stuck with the unit up on the third floor, you will be hurtin’ getting used to all the stairs. In addition, the walls are sort of thin. Once, my husband heard a cough from our neighbors, as clear as if it was in the same room. Plus, if you have children, you should probably live on the 1^st floor as you will most likely start getting complaints from the thuds.

Downside: thin walls, small/​very small dining area, carpeted in main living areas (rumor that the next phase of units will have larger dining area and hardwood floors throughout), unusually high bar counter in kitchen.
