The Grease Pig Lube & Tune

This one is alway less busy– same great service, same product– I was very satisfied– I recommend coming here first it will be faster– waiting room smells a lot cleaner– floor is mopped and same great customer service!

My wife and I drove to Grease Pig on a Saturday to get our oil changed. She arrived about 3 – 5 minutes before me and found out later they were already finished her car (oil change, 21-​point inspection and all). I pulled around the back and one of the mechanics approached me asking whether I was in for an oil change or not. I told him Yes, to which he replied «Ok, well if you pull in now, we can get it done» (paraphrasing). That’s when I realized that they were about to close, which would have been fine. I could have scheduled something another day but the response from the mechanic made it seem like it would be no problem.
As I am entering the shop, another mechanic in the shop made a sarcastic remark «Oh yeah, we have all the time in the world». I really wish I turned around to get my car.
For the next 5 minutes, the shop managed to completely drain my entire oil tank, inspect various points on the car, refill fluids, refill the oil, wash my windows, and whatever else is included in the courtesy checks. The guy who made the sarcastic remark earlier approached me and told me my air filter was dirty. I OKed them to replace it. As he walks back to my car, he again makes sarcastic remarks to which another mechanic smiles.
I really didn’t appreciate the care that was given to my car and would have been fine if they told me they couldn’t accept my car as it was already too late. However, I was told that it wasn’t too late.
So if they can treat me and my wife’s car like the way they did, what’s to say they won’t do the same to yours.
EDIT: The manager did follow up with me a few hours later, wanting to apologize to both my wife and I.

I used Grease Pig for an oil change due to its popularity and I had a small coupon. The guy behind the desk was very helpful and the place was nice. Unfortunately they did not top off my windshield wiper fluid or put air in one of my tires. If they didn’t do these two things it leads me to believe they definitely didn’t grease all the zerks on my front end. Wouldn’t be too upset but for the price I payed I expect a little more effort or for them to utilize a checklist.
Will probably try somewhere different next time.

Went to get an oil change late in the day, I figured it would be a good hour wait. I pulled up and my husband went in to check how long the wait would be and a tech came over and said «If you leave the keys, you can go in a wait». I went in and literally was there about 20 – 25 minutes and my oil was done. Even brought me into the garage to look at my transmission fluid. Was told I would need a transmission service, I was worried it would have to be right then and there and the guy (Kyle, I believe) told me that it was ok, just within the next two or three oil changes it would be a good idea.
They were a little pricier than Midas but it was worth it to not have to wait there for over an hour and then get a guilt trip about not getting more work done right then and there, which it what I get at Midas every time I go there. I was given a card with a stamp on it and my 8 oil change is free! I will be going back, not only was it quick, even with a vacuum, they were super friendly and really patient with my absolute no knowledge of my car and how it works!

Love these guys! They have always been so helpful and informative. They always take great care of my car and they dont break the bank either, always try to get you the best deal they can. Next time you need an oil change or a tune up or any car problem really, take it to these guys. they will treat you right!

These guys skipped me twice in line. My truck was literally moved a little over to let two pass. Actual Job on Yukon was fine.

Went it for a transmission flush, and they broke the thing. It may have been about to go out anyway, but I think they should have warned me of the dangers of flushing an older transmission.

I went in to get an oil change at 9:10a.m., got greeted right away and they started servicing my car. It’s a great value too, as they visually check everything under the hood, top off all your fluids, vacuum the inside of your car, wash your windshield, check all your tire pressures, AND use Castrol Edge oil no less.
When I had a question about a noise I hear from the engine, I received a knowledgeable answer right away from their staff, who followed up on my question by testing the engine just to make sure he doesn’t hear anything suspicious.
Best of all, the service costs only $ 35.99 plus tax, with $ 5 discount available in College Coupon books. Even if you don’t have a coupon, as long as you are a U of A faculty or a student, you can show them your ID to receive 10% off.
I sat down at 9:15, and they completed the oil change and all of the aforementioned services by 9:35. I walked out right around 9:40. That’s speed.

This place is great for all general maintenance needs. I’ve always used them for my oil changes but this past weekend noticed a fairly sizable leak from my transmission. They fixed the leak, filled the fluid and didn’t charge me a dime other than my regularly scheduled oil change.
oh, and they use Valvoline or Castrol, both far superior oils than Quaker State, Pennzoil, etc.
They deserve your business and will treat you right. Most companies in NWA seem to use these guys to service their fleets and after a bit of dealing with this company it is obvious why.
