We specialize in R.E.S.T. and relaxation like no place else. Our 2 floatation tanks are cabin style in private rooms with showers. We offer Swedish massage in a soothing and calming room. If you want to leave looking as good as you feel after a float and massage, visit our salon. To sum up our spa: we have floatation therapy (isolation tank, sensory deprivation) massage and hair services all under one roof! Come in and see what an hour of nothing can do for you!

Our float tanks are 8ft long by 5 ft wide, and about 8ft tall. They each have about a foot of skin temperature water that contains 850lbs. dissolved Epsom salts. The air in the cabin is the same temperature as the water. You can turn the light and music on or off from within the tank. With no gravity and no temperature differences, you quickly loose track of your body. Floatation therapy is great for chronic pain, speeding athletic muscle recovery, serious stress reduction, anxiety, detoxing, meditation, and P.T.S.D. One hour in the float tank is equivalent to 4 hrs of sleep and the detoxing benefits of a 3 day fast! Everyone should give R.E.S.T. a try!

History

Established in 2014.

We opened up in October 2014 with the sole purpose of making floatation therapy accessible to people in the Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas.

I have an autoimmune issue that causes chronic pain and a brain injury that are both aggravated by stress. The first thing I read researching floatation was that it is good for chronic pain, brain injuries, and stress. So I had to go get in a tank. My first float was amazing. So was the second. After seeing the health benefits I get from floating, I really wanted to share it with other people.

Since Habib and I have been doing massage therapy and hair styling in the area for years, it seemed like a natural fit to bring our work into a float center and turn it into a float spa. Habib has been an LMT for 8 years and I have been a hairstylist for 15.

People always said, «Sally, you and Habib should open up a spa.» Well, I guess we finally did it! Come get your float on and see what an hour of nothing can do for you!
