History

Established in 2007.

Brian O’Connell started in real estate full time in 2007, after retiring from the US Navy. Brian met Sharon, a Registered Nurse, who started real estate full time in 2013. Their business grew, and they joined Keller Williams June of 2014, starting Welcome Home Team. Continuing to grow with a focus on quality service, Danielle Doody joined the Welcome Home Team in 2015 with 8 yrs of real estate experience. Also in 2015, Christopher Frisbey, a buyer specialist, Lindsey McDonald, a listing specialist, and Tiffany Bielli, a buyer specialist joined our team to better serve our clients.

Business Owner

Brian retired after 20 years in the Navy, with duty stations including Gulfport, MS; Spain, Guam, Sicily, the Philippines, and WA. He moved to Fayetteville, NC in 2006, and started his career in real estate in 2007. He has grown children in Washington. Sharon was born in CT, grew up in MS, and moved to Fayetteville in 1988. She worked as a Registered Nurse since 1985, and became a Realtor in 2012. She has grown children in Fayetteville and Charlotte, and is Mimi to Peyton and Greyson. Brian and Sharon married in 2012, and share a love for their career. They also enjoy the beach, the mountains, cruises, and spending time with family.
