My husband went to order and pick up pizza from this Papa John’s. He asked for an extra large pizza. Half pineapple half bacon. What he brought home was half ham half onion… I like onion but not on a pizza and the kids won’t touch it. So my husband returned it and the proceeded to tell him that it was his fault for having a British accent that he go onion instead of pineapple mmmm WHAT!!! And they said they don’t offer bacon. huh!!! I have ordered bacon from them. So they got him a new pizza and no refund for THEIR mistake. Don’t ever order pizza from here.

This review is based on customer service alone since I never got the pizza that I had ordered. I ordered a specialty pizza around 5:45pm and got a phone call around 6:45pm to ask me where to deliver to(specified on website) and to notify me that they were out of the pizza I had ordered. How can you be «out» of a kind of pizza??? You are out of each ingredient that makes that pizza??? This is just idiotic and ridiculous. I am angry, I order dominos, I drink beer. Keep your stupid melty butter that makes your crust ½ way edible and your stupid hot pepper that makes my colon cough. Papa John has never tasted NY pizza and that makes baby Jesus cry.

I had been ordering from this pizza place for months and sometimes twice in a week. One night we were at the store and I decided we would order so I used the internet ordering like I always do. The hours stated they were opened until 11pm. I arrived at exactly 10:01 to pick up the pizza and the door was locked. The guy who looked like the manager was inside and he came to the door with a bad attitude. He said we close at ten. I said oh online it says you are open till 11pm and I apologized. He said that is for delivery and even if this was true keep in mind it was only a minute after ten. Well later I went back online and it didn’t mention anything about delivery only until 11pm. The guy acted like he was mad about me coming there. Like many people that don’t treat customers right he should realize how many pizza joints there are. I won’t go there again.

Enjoyed their pizza, nothing special, but got my money’s worth. The parking is a pain here, and the service is so, so, but liked their deals, and everyone enjoyed their food, so we will be ordering again~

Overall experience is great here. Food is ready within the 15 min range when you call in. The staff is very friendly and I can’t complain because food is great and what you order. Parking is a bit of a pain. But heck, you’re only in for a few minutes

I had not had Papa Johns in ages and decided to order the other nite. Online nonetheless!(That’s a cool feature) Once I submitted the order, I was left hoping they got it, and that this online thing really worked. and that they could find my house tucked back on a gravel road to deliver. Yes ! I got a quick confirmation email and the food showed up at the door so fast!(Quicker than estimated. the delivery guy said we got lucky). Pizza was good, also ordered chicken tenders(plain). but they were nothing special.

Good pizza, fast and fresh. Nice space to wait for it to be done if you elect to pick it up.

ordered on line large pizza supreme with extra cheese and two more topping’s they were at my door in 30 minutes the pizza was packed with all good stuff it was hot and very good will be doing this again. first time ordering a pizza on line it was easy and fast i guess it all depends on who is making and cooking your pizza this one was good .you also pay on line so pizza robberies will be a thing of the past because the guy has no cash on him unless they want to rob him of the pizza and eat it.

First time we have ever tried Papa John’s and they have been in business for over twenty five years and are scattered here, there and everywhere, all over the country. They advertise specials that are higher priced than you can get elsewhere, they also advertise having the best ingredients, they do not even have feta cheese, I know this would not be a dilemma for most but I do love my Greek pizza. Forget the thought of a gourmet pizza, no shrimp or clams here, nope nothing fancy at all. They hand make their dough daily, but then they do not bake it until it is done! it! I have never had such doughy pizzas and these two pizzas cost us almost forty dollars. The sauce is so sweet and has no herbs whatsoever which is then ladled over this doughy«crust» and then they add the«toppings» which are then concealed by the cheese. We had ordered two extra large pizzas with 4 toppings, which was their promotional special. Each half had different ingredients and we had to lift the cheese to see what was what since we had added extra cheese. Hello, is any sausage, green pepper and onion down there? Each pizza comes with a container of garlic butter sauce and I thought, what the hell and dumped it all over the pizzas, what a greasy mess. We were not happy campers with our pizzas. HOWEVER! The next day I reheated these same leftover pieces of pizza in a low and slow oven and it all came together! The dough became a crust, the garlic butter had sunk through and the garlic shouted out to us and we both agreed it was so much better. A plus is that you can build your own pizza and order and pay for it on line. Hubby had the wings, 10 wings which can be plain or sauced in different ways and he said they were not very good. Papa John, you need to find a Momma who can teach you how to make a good pizza!

Not to piss off their nerd founder, but Papa John’s sucks and does not have better ingredients or pizza than anyone except perhaps Domino’s or Ellio’s . The sauce tastes like its at least half ketchup and is wretchedly sweet. Everything else is bland and generic. Have some self-respect and try out some mom and pop’s in the area; Feasterville is lousy with them.
