I needed towing service recently and my roadside assistance company selected these guys. The estimated time of arrival was 25 minutes but they showed up 5 minutes later. They were extremely friendly and fast. I ended up needing them the very next day when it was clear the repair shop I selected was trying to rip me off. Again they arrived quickly and were so kind. I would highly recommend this company.

Travis and his team have been towing everything you can imagine for the last 30yrs. Travis was the one I was fortunate enough to help me. He loves towing bikes with a regular tow truck vs. a flatbed. I was a bit apprehensive at first because of my own ignorance, but his confidence and talent quickly cleared up any doubt that he knew exactly what he was doing!

They were so awesome to work with! The driver also talked to the folks at Les Schwab and told me it would be easy for them to cut off the locking lugnut on my son’s towed vehicle saving the time and expense of going to the Lexus dealer to buy a lugnut key.

The guy with a beard and mullet will tow your car at 4am in the morning. It might take 35 mins for him to get to where you are (even though it’s a 5-​min drive from their office), but he’ll get there and will tow efficiently. Not the most professional of folks, but definitely friendly. Their «office» also comes with two dogs who will ferociously bark at you. Don’t expect to have them return your calls. If you’re looking for a simple tow service in the Federal Way area, then this is one option. I randomly googled for it, and that’s how I came about this place.

One of our company cars was dead this evening and Robin at ABT took my call, got someone over to my office right away and got my employee on the road. They answered the phone live, were professional, responded within 20 minutes and was pleasant and helpful throughout the entire experience. I talked with my HR person and we’re adding them as our exclusive phone call when we have car issues. Awesome company! Awesome service! Highly recommend!
