I have been going to this center for a while. They have a great staff. Everyone’s very friendly and most techs and nurses are good at their jobs. You have to watch a few of them because they will put your blood lines on backwards wasting your dialysis run. If you don’t notice they won’t say nothing. They usually have 3 nurses on the floor at all times, a couple of them make you really nervous they don’t seem qualified in case of emergency. I have witnessed this. I have 4.5 hours of observations 3 days a week. I have lots of experience around dialysis centers. I have 4 years. My mother had 18 years. I spent my youth and young adult years in centers. I see Davita is a top 500 company. This center is due for a make over. The floor has needed repair for 2 years. They replaced the chairs almost 2 years ago. The TV before that. They retouched the restrooms. The floor is really unsightly. The drain pipes for some of the machines are open, the smell is horrible(sulfur) I complain when I am seated in that area to no avail. It’s been a year. Please cover the pipe and spend for a plummer. You have money. My 2.5 years of home hemo. My insurance paid over excuses we understand you are for profit. Unlike northwest a non profit. Spend some money on this center. The parking is so messed up. As a customer we have to wait because employees fill the lot. Only a small number of us drive. Employees should park next door in the metro park and ride.
