I am very disappointed in this establishment. I came in for a shellac manicure. Their definition of a manicure is known as a color change elsewhere… I had to ask for lotion. It was far too expensive for the service provided and I will not be back.

This is my go to place for manicures and pedicures. I feel welcome and pampered every time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always do amazing jobs. Highly recommend this salon.

This was so far from relaxing. I felt so rushed through everything from picking my colors, to the services, to paying. The workers are unfriendly and the nail technician that did my nails made me feel like such a bother when I asked for what I wanted. I also had an appointment, but they helped Other customers before me and made me wait.

No, no and no. Far too expensive, and my shellac manicure was very rushed. $ 77 for my daughter and me, and we were in and out in 40 minutes. I will stick with the Nail Gallery at the Crossings. Relaxing massage, slow paced and a lot less expensive. Lesson learned.

WAY, WAY too expensive, especially for the service you receive. I came here because my nail salon was closed and needed to get my nails done. I had been here in the past and quit because it seemed like it was getting too expensive. I didn’t realize how expensive until the end of my service. I requested a shellac mani and shellac pedi. Shellac nail polish — NO manicure $ 25.0000!!! Took shellac off toes and painted shellac 35.00!!! NO pedicure — $ 60.00 total without tip. I questioned the pricing… was told $ 50.00 for a shellac pedicure. Outrageous pricing — glad I didn’t get the FULL pedicure and manicure or it would have been nearly $ 100! If I want to spend that kind of money, I will do so at a higher end salon. They have increased pricing, service quality is not there, and I will not be back.

All the ladies here are wonderful. But the prices are too high for what you get. 30 $ for a pedi and no scrub or massage. I could do that myself. I swear it was never like that before when I visited home. Won’t be back.

I come here to get to my eyebrows done when I’m in the area. Its a little out of the way but worth the trip — the women who work here are good at what they do ! Very polite!

I came here to get a pedicure since I wanted to try somewhere new. It was a very clean environment and the staff was friendly. My pedicure was very relaxing and she was very detailed. Although it was more than I usually spend, I would come back.

Came here in a spare of the moment. Every one was nice but when the finished for a mani pedi came up to 50 bucks I was pissed misleading sign isn’t accurate for price ask before they start.

Not happy with my «spa pedicure» I could have painted my own toenails for $ 30.00! There was no massage, no exfoliating, no lotion, no pampering whatsoever. To make matters worse, at the end the woman handed me a ticket and told me to write in my tip amount… awkward and inappropriate.

My friend and I went to Eden Nails to get a french manicure in preparation for my engagement photos. I wanted to make sure that I chose a place that would do quality work and chose Eden because of the rave reviews found here. My friend came with me and chose a basic manicure. Unfortunately, we did not have as great of an experience as the previous reviewers. I explained that my friend would be getting a basic manicure when she arrived and that I wanted a french manicure with the full set nails. The woman began working on my nails and a little while later had started to brush the white tips on my regular nails. I explained that I had asked for the full set. She spoke to her coworker in another language and I could not understand what she was saying, but they sent me over to the head of the salon(I assumed), She explained that the full set would probably fall off sooner because they thought I wanted a basic manicure and already put the oil on my nails, but there was no talk of any extra cost. I thought it was good that they were taking care of their misunderstanding until I learned after everything was said and done that they were charging me for a basic manicure and a full set. So, what I thought would be $ 20 turned into $ 45. It was their mistake, and I do not believe it was right to charge me double. My nails look good and thankfully so, but my friend’s nail polish began to chip away within a day or two. All that said, I would pass on Eden Nails.

I actually had a phenominal experience here. The nail tech took extra care and time to make my nails look great. The salon is very relaxing and clean. The staff are professional and friendly. This is one of the first places that I didn’t feel like just a number and rushed in and out.

I got a French Manicure here the day before my wedding. I felt like she rushed through my manicure and it definitely showed 3 hours later when the polish chipped off! I just couldn’t believe it. Didn’t have time to go back and complain since it was evening time and I had to still finish up a few things for the big day. During the wedding day picture taking, I had to hide some of my nails because as the day went on, more and more polish chipped off. Horrible! Never going back again!

Eden Nails is my favorite nail salon in South Puget Sound. If you purchase a $ 35 «Spa Pedicure», you will also get a massage, scrub, and moisturizing treatment from your knees to the bottom of your feet. You will be seated in a therapeutic massaging chair and your service will be provided by a professional technologist in a clean and sanitary environment. I am so glad they are in my neighborhood, but I would drive across town to have a pedicure at Eden Nails!

This place is fantastic. I started going there when they first opened maybe 5 or so years ago. Nice atmosphere and décor, always VERY clean and professional. Costs a little more than your average hole in the wall, but that’s because they’re better than your average hole in the wall. They do a great job. I’ve gotten pedicures, manicures, and acrylics here and all were outstanding and lasted a long time. Connie and Hau are both great and very sweet — for awhile it seemed they were the only ones with strong English. I moved away for a year, and when I came back to town to visit my parents, I stopped in and they remembered my name! Additionally, the other ladies remembered me and started speaking to me in their now-fantastic English. I had a very proud moment, I will admit. I live in Seattle now but when I go see my folks I still try to time it with when I will need a pedi so I can stop by!

Love, love LOVE this place. They charge a bit more than the other nail places around town, but it’s well worth the few extra dollars. They are all very nice and very professional. The salon is always clean and the music is pleasant. Best nails and pedicures I’ve ever had. Go see them, you won’t be disappointed!
