They have a long turn around time. I understand that this may be somewhat out of their control… Volume, demand, size of their business, etc… Nothing drives us crazier than when a place refuses to follow customer directions/requests. Or at least they don’t have the decency to tell you up front that they cannot accommodate a request :/ In our case, it’s the way most cleaners LOVE to pin clothes to hangers. We’re fully aware that it’s to prevent them from falling off. However, if you can’t handle our clothes in such a way that they don’t fall off hangers without safety pins, then we will fin a place that can. We gave them multiple chances. On more than three occasions we asked for no pins and each time they come back with pins. This latest time the pins actually caused holes. The cashier did nothing to make the situation right, and tried to argue that the HOLES could be ironed out. –_– I understand if your cleaners aren’t following instructions, but in this case it’s lost you my wife’s business and I will absolutely be taking my clothes to a place that can actually honor customer requests. I suppose it’s bad on us for not reading Unilocal first. :/

Lost a belt that goes with a dress, high prices, dry cleaning takes a week or more, and several items didn’t come back thoroughly clean. Tried going back for convenience, but not worth it.
