Can I get some customer service please?! Wow what horrible customer service. This is why I prefer small mom and pop stores over large corporations. The prices may be a tad bit better but the service is normally BLAH. I should of stayed down the street with someone else. And had the money be used properly within the community. I went here strictly to buy a part for a friend of mine, and the guy at the counter was just on some other ISH. I wanted to ask the dude «hey don’t you work here»? Shouldn’t I get some form of courtesy around here?

This is the other «O’Reilly’s» in Federal Way. It is in a better location for me than the other one. Staff always seems friendly and helpful but in 2 out of the last 3 visits they have sold me the wrong part (after looking it up on their computer). Therefore, since I have had to take make return trips to exchange and waste my time, I give them 2 stars.
