Alfred and Clem are the best trainers that you can find. They geniunely care about you and your progress. The two work hand in hand in guiding you, training you, and supporting you during your lifestyle transition. ABC has helped me in many ways to obtain the fitness level I never thought could be possible. I now run several 5k’s a year thanks to ABC. You two are awesome and thank you for your continued support — love you guys!

Fun, fitness and friendship… that’s what I get from Clem & Alfred’s Bootcamp! For someone like me that doesn’t really dig working out, this Bootcamp is a lifesaver! It’s fun, never boring, challenging and each session flies by so fast you don’t even realize it just kicked your butt for the past hour. The comraderie really keeps you going and it’s also really great to be outside and get some much needed fresh air. I highly recommend every one to get fit with the Puget Sound Boot Camp!
