I ordered 4 pump white mocha, they didn’t add correct amount of coffee so I went back to get right coffee and they still couldn’t make right one. It’s not very hard to make 4pump white mocha. I know people make mistakes sometime but you gotta make it right on 2nd one, especially for a customer who drinks the same coffee everyday. I’m sure it was just bad timing for me to go at the time when less experienced barista was working.

This Starbucks is my favorite in Federal Way, mainly because I’m a regular here and the staff is amazing. Every barista/manager/staff member is so friendly and personal. They know me by my name! It’s a pretty good sized Starbucks with lots of bigger tables as well as smaller ones. It gets pretty busy in the mornings and partially afternoons, but there’s always enough room to go around.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have encountered. The employees are wonderful especially Luke! Need more customer service like his in this world. Don’t know why people will give a one star. Maybe they haven’t worked in the customer service business.

One of my absolute favorite Starbucks! Excellent customer service, clean store, welcoming atmosphere, and they finally have a Clover machine. I usually come to this particular location to study and do homework. The staff is awesome! Most remember my drink and even make an effort to remember personal details, like my school major, family, etc. I drive pass a handful of closer Starbucks just to get my coffee from here because of the experience each time.

I’m not a starbucks frequenter because I am not that basic. I have never rated a starbucks location but I had to rate this one because the uppity employees of this particular location are ridiculously unaware of their environment. This isn’t some preppy part of Seattle. This is Federal Way and you should start getting a taste of cultural sensitivity. You kick young people out for talking too much but they have nowhere else to go. And all your employees are gossipy and who knows what kind families you were raised in. You guys make me want to puke in your faces.

Very disappointed in this update! A family member just had a horrible experience with a very rude and disrespectful employee. This family member usually gets the same drink each time, a hot chocolate with peppermint flavoring. Recently, she started getting charged for the holiday peppermint mocha at the store on Hoyt. Until recently, that hasn’t been a problem here, and, in fact, some employees here have recognized that the Hoyt store was making a mistake(we also confirmed this with a call to the corporate office). Well, today my family member was encountered a barista that told her repeatedly that she was wrong when she pointed out the mistake. She also rolled her eyes and walked away. This girl needs to be FIRED or your managers need to put her on probation and train her. This is unacceptable in the customer service industry. I have worked in it, and was trained to be respectful and treat the customer as if they are ALWAYS right! This barista treated my family member like crap and the worst part is that the barista was WRONG. I have gone here for well over 10 years and my family spends thousands per year at this store. You have just lost us all as customers. Luckily, there are many other choices around.

Expected Starbucks quality. The real win at this location is the great customer service.

I go to this Starbucks probably at least once a week. Hubby frequents this Starbucks — it is large inside and has lots of seating(Great place to meet friends). Most of the employees are really friendly and they do tend to carry a large variety of Starbucks merchandise. So why only 3 stars — because it’s inevitable that I get overcharged EVERY time I come to this Starbucks. When I point it out(it’s only .50 but hey that add ups over a year …) it either takes them 5 minutes to fix the problem or they roll their eyes(and I say forget it cause I’m running late for class).

I’m a fan of EVERY starbucks… Nice people, great atmosphere, and wonderful coffee. :D I love sweets, so I order the white mocha almost every time, but the dark cherry white mocha is tasty too. They are a bit pricy, but hey, it’s starbucks and their coffee and service is wonderful. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because sometimes they do mess up on a drink or two but they always try to fix it. They meet my standards, but they don’t really WOW me.

This was the best Starbucks I went to while in the Seattle area. It’s large, cozy, and has AT&T Wi-Fi. Fyi, AT&T Wi-Fi is pretty much a given in the San Francisco/Bay Area, but it’s not always available at the Seattle area Starbucks stores. –1 star ’cause WA taxes Starbucks drinks, even though I do realize that that isn’t the fault of this particular Starbucks. If you’re wondering, yes, I went with the gal who wrote the review below.

I normally don’t review Starbucks because many of them are the same. However, this place is one of the better Starbucks I have been to. It’s quite spacious and they have many tables and comfy seating. There’s also a good amount of outlets around. While visiting several Starbucks in Federal Way, my friend and I noticed that some of their Starbucks only provided Wi-Fi through T-mobile. However, this place has AT&T, which we needed. This location has outside seating, which is great to relax and bathe in the sun. The employees are friendly too.
