The guy who works here is really nice and doesn’t make you feel stupid for not understanding tools. I’ve noticed he seems to know all the customers who walk in by name, so it seems there are lots of repeat customers. It really does have every thing I need for every home emergency repair situation.

Better costumer service than ace the owner is extremely knowledgeable, yet just a hair more expensive. Worth the amount of gas it takes to drive to scotts valley and the service is unbeatable.

Whatever you need, Don seems to have it, despite the small size of the store. Prices are always great. They’re tremendously helpful. It’s a shame that great neighborhood hardware stores like this are so rare! We’re pretty lucky to have them in Felton.

This has got to be the best hardware store in Santa Cruz County! The owner takes time to ask questions and amazingly offers solutions. This is different from the big box stores because he actually knows what he is talking about, i.e., you’re not met with a «duh» as I’ve encountered at the chain stores.

For such a small store, they literally have everything I could ever want! It hasn’t let me down yet and I doubt it ever will! Love that it’s locally owned and right in the heart of Felton. Doesn’t hurt that I can walk to it from my house.
So forget shoppping the big boys, stay in your own backyard and support your local business owner! Did I mention they are cheap too! It always surrpises me that they are NOT overpriced.
