She had several for me to choose from and explained everything about each model. I picked my mattress, paid, and she delivered it immediately. I was in desperate need of a new mattress and Dee of Mattress Direct was a God send! I was a bit hesitant at first but after speaking with her on the phone and reviewing the mattress selection online I became really excited. I met with her at the warehouse storage place in Felton and she was super patient and very knowledgeable. We spent over an hour discussing my needs and it was clearly important to her that I got exactly what I wanted in a mattress. I have had my new mattress over a month now and could not be happier with my selection! I am certain I got the best deal available. I am also confident I got a way better mattress from Dee then I could have ever afforded from anywhere else. I will definitely go back to Mattress Direct for all my future mattress needs and can guarantee you will glad you found her as well!

We had the absolute best experience with Dee of Mattress Direct! My fiancé and I just moved to Santa Cruz and were in need of a bed. We first visited all the «discount» mattress stores in town and were blown away by the high price tags. We then looked on Craigslist and in a few other second hand shops but the quality went way down.
We found Mattress Direct online and met Dee the very next morning. Vibrant, kind and sincere Dee made us feel immediately comfortable. We tried out many beds while Dee educated us on the different styles and qualities.
In the end we chose a bed we never could have afforded elsewhere. Dee really worked with us and kept reiterating her goal, «to offer us the best nights sleep possible». No high pressure sales or gimmicks, just a simple, honest transaction. Dee even delivered the bed for free and set up our bed frame.

I can only recommend that business. I was looking for a while for a matress for our guest bedroom. In every store I went the sales people always tried to sell me the most expensive ones. Bla Bla Bla. I can’t stand that.
Then I called DeeDee and had an appointment with her at her warehouse… What an amazing experience. She took her time to show me what I was looking for, did not try to sell me a more expensive matress just to get my money… I had all the time in the world trying out mattresses. Delivery was free… and no mention from her to please post on Unilocal.

What a great find! No frills no salesmen breathing down your back. Dee dee came out of her way after just getting back from vacation to make sure that we got the mattress we wanted at a price we could afford. She even delivered it same day! Don’t bother shopping in town, Dee has you covered! Great person, great buy!

Dee Dee made this SO easy! Picked up my phone call right away, and met us an hour later at the storage facility where she has ample stock (American made mattresses!) and individualized service. She was helpful and patient while we compared our mattress choices, and her pricing was lower than anyone else and she even delivers. After a visit to 2 nearby franchise mattress stores, I was so put off by their sales pitches, «assumptive closing» techniques, and their «sudden lower discount», though they were pleasant enough. I felt like I was at a used car lot and wondered how much mark up these places added to pay commissions and give sudden lower pricing. Dee Dee was straight up, and offers a great service!
