Traditional French and American breads and pastries baked fresh everyday by Guillaume Boulard. Our current menu includes: Canelé, Tartes (seasonal fruit), Country Bread, Apple «Slipper» and other specialty breads: Banana Bread, Carrot Bread, Olive Bread (to name a few). Give us a call; we bake to order!

History

Established in 2014.

Baked Good is a «Pop-​Up Bakery» founded by Guillaume Boulard (baker, musician, producer, accountant and agriculturist) and Charity MacDonald (artist and owner of dddeyes​.com). He is originally from Marseille, France but grew up in Paris and I am originally from Arizona but set other roots in New York City.
