15 years in the business, started as a hostess at Tsevis’ pub and grill in South County’s Concord Plaza, Went on to bartending and then managing Joey B’s. Now owns Frederick’s pub and grill with long time friend Peter F. Brightman Jr.

This was my first time at Fredericks but not the 1st time in the restaurant. This however is much better than the previous residents of the building. Our server Brooke was very sweet. It was trivia night so she offered to come back in between rounds to take our order if we wanted. We were hungry so we ordered fried mushrooms and pretzel bites as appetizers.
As we looked over the menu we played along with the trivia. Once we ordered our meals the appetizers came quickly and then was followed by our dinners. The food was good and so was the atmosphere. Although our server wasn’t nearly as attentive as we would have liked. Also the menu is a little wide spread. Are they a pub, an Italian place, a burger joint or greek? Pick a theme and stick with it.

Yuck… not where these other people ate but it couldn’t have been here. This was one the worst meals I have had in a longtime. I had fried mushrooms that were not that good but the big problem was The dipping sauce, I swear someone had dipped something in it before it was served to me. The 50⁄50 burger was just plain gross, the pretzel bun was soaked with grease and was like rubber. The meat tasted like it was spoiled and the fries were covered with pepper. There is no way this place deserves a five star rating.

Food is delicious and service is great. Much needed in Fenton!!! Clean bathrooms, non-​smoking, beer was cold and the food was hot. Happy Hour is awesome. Great T.V.‘s

Best service ever had. Manager always present, and always workimg. Nice to see. Amazing food. Extremely efficient and attractive staff. Nice to see a little more fun and class in the area. definitely the best yet in that spot. Way to go Fredericks

We were very happy that something new went into this spot. We have stopped by for supper on the weekend 5 times. The staff is always friendly and we are usually seated without a wait. My husband always orders lamb shank and he has yet to get it. It’s always sold out. Maybe they need to make more. That being said every other thing we have ordered has been very good. Love the pizza and the burgers. Their salads are also fresh and good. They have a large bar and have added a banquet area for large or private groups. We will continue to stop in and who knows we may be there one night when the lamb shank is actually available.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had! We went for a birthday dinner. The new waitress spilled a tray of drinks on the birthday girl… That was actually the funny part of the evening. We didn’t get our dinner salads until after our food already arrived. Some of our food didn’t arrive until 15 minutes after everyone else’s did and it wasn’t even our waitress who brought it. I don’t blame our waitress because she said she wasn’t going to bring it until it was all ready. The waitress who brought out our food too soon was unapologetic and didn’t seem to be bothered by the fact that some of us had cold food to eat. Save your money and eat someplace that has a staff worthy of a tip.

By recommendation from a friend, we stopped by Frederick’s one night to watch a Blues playoff game. It was kinda packed but we told the hostess our requests and they placed us immediately in front of a tv — score!
Their menu has a lot to choose from. This particular night my husband got the burger with fries and I got the chicken fingers with fries. Beers were ordered and yay they have Coke Zero — a plus in my book! All drinks arrived nice and cold and we settled into hopefully cheer the Blues on to a win.
The food was good, they use some kind of seasoning or salt on the fries that makes them very good. If you hear random cheers throughout the night, its because of an appetizer people order at their tables that is lit on fire before they eat it — its fun to watch.
Price was very reasonable and the wait staff was super friendly. This is on our list of places to catch the game at any time.

Fredericks is the place to be. They always have the hottest thing on tv, the food is amazing, the servers are so friendly and on top of things, and I always have a great time.

Not overly impressed. Bummed that they turned a St. Louis music venue into a wannabe fancy restaurant too. The place just reeks of burned cheese. They do a melted cheese flaming stinky weird thing table side. It must be good because every two minutes there was a burst of flame and tons of stinky smoke. My gyro was okay. The pizza my table ordered got dropped on the floor on the way out to the dining room so they had to wait another 20 minutes while a new one cooked. They put some money into the remodel but I miss the former establishment. Another mediocre Fenton restaurant that probably won’t be there for long. Bring back the stage!!!

Tried this place for my 40th birthday dinner after reading the mostly good reviews. Unfortunately nothing about this place was good for us. Slow service for a non-​peak night, salads were soggy. Hot wings looked good but weren’t spicy at all… my whitefish florentine tasted as disgusting as it looked, couldn’t even force myself to eat more than two bites… lasagna, which was the special that night, looked like it was leftover from the night before and had tasted like it had no seasoning (tomato paste & hamburger, yum)…to top it off the cost was outrageous even after they took the price of my fish meal off the bill. I guess this is what we get for not ordering the famed burger. Hope your experience goes better (but you’re better off going somewhere else IMO).

Fenton is in desperate need of a great gastropub with amazing food and atmosphere, unfortunately Frrederick’s is not it.
It is a little confusing, are you a sports bar or Greek restaurant? I don’t have a problem with some of the Greek choices, but if they are going to be offered, do them well. The gyro platter is kind of a deconstructed gyro. Nothing special at all. The fries were overly seasoned, not hot and kind of skimpy to put on its own plate. If you are not going to give a truck load of fries, just squeeze them on a the main platter for better presentation.
This is however a big improvement from the previous two establishments. It is divided up between the dining room and the bar area and it is very clean, no grease trap smell (I’m looking at you Poor Richards.) The beer was cold and the staff was friendly. I’ll come back, but don’t expect the food or atmosphere to blow you away.

Another wonderful experience. Great food and good service it would have been better but a few people called in and made service a little slow but it was explained as soon as we where seated so it was expected not found out after the fact. We used a coupon for a free appetizer and for two people and some beers the bill was only 30 bucks. Very good for the price

It looks pretty unassuming from the outside but the inside has a open feel to it. Not sure if that’s good or bad. I had the patty melt and my friend had the gyro plate and a side salad. The side salad was a very large portion and looked very good. We both really enjoyed our entrees and our alder ice was also very good. I’d give it a 4.5 if I could but alas it will have to be a 4.

gyro sandwich was outstanding. Fries are great. Also had the baked fish and they blackened for me. Outstanding. Service needs to worked on. But they just opened. baklava is really good.
