McDonald’s

Terrible service terrible food I paid 18 bucks for burgers minus the burgers (no patties). Called management and told them about the mistake, she said she would take care of us. Further from the truth, she promised to mail us free value meal (which I didn’t ask for or wanted) and 2 weeks later nothing. I’m not upset about the mistake, I’m am upset for lack of leadership and accountability. People make mistakes… it’s human! But don’t say you would take care of it (management), and do nothing hoping people would forget! Well when it screw up in my job I am held accountable, unfortunately McDonald’s in sugar creek just DONT CARE. Avoid if possible… remember there a McDonald’s 5 minutes away in any direction. Shop at your own risk!
