I’m moving from California to Missouri, my family is back in CA so I had to do this home inspection alone. I listened to my husband and I also watch a LOT of DIY network so I think I had a good idea of what to look for. Little did I REALLY know… I was still a bit scared because I didn’t have my husband here with me to really ask all the right questions. Honestly, I really didn’t have to ask questions, Rick was very thorough and went through every nook and cranny of this house for me. When he was done, he took the time to go through ever single detail no matter how small it was and never once did he hesitate to answer me. He was very professional. He even has a sense of humor if you can believe that of a home inspection person! :-) Great company, great guy! Thanks Rick!
