Went to St. Anthony’s urgent care, Fenton for a sore throat. I was going out of town the next day and couldn’t get into my regular physician. I was seen by a nurse practitioner and got a throat culture, a total of 15 minutes. My bill was $ 500. Insurance paid $ 300 and I had to pay $ 200. I will never go back.

The online check in is a joke. I had my time and I arrived on time. The check in process was quick. They put me in a room and a guy came in that I presumed was the doctor since he did not introduce himself and did not take vitals. He moved me to another room, with the eye equipment in it.(in for an eye injury). He did a quick vision test. He numbed the eye with proparicaine and flushed with saline. He then told me the doctor would be right in. I had to go back to work myself so after waiting 50 min. I left without seeing the doctor. I called to get the co pay refunded, but because the schmuck who did not introduce himself did drops and a flush, which I had already done and told him in the morning. I am out $ 75.00. So my advice is, don’t let anyone do a procedure unless it is the doctor. Not worth the save my place online check in.

Went here once and they were super helpful. Minus one star because they used to be open until 10pm and now they aren’t.

I broke my finger on 12−10−11. i did not want to wait all day in an ER. I drove myself to the urgent care in Fenton. i had never used an urgent care facility before and assumed that they would be open 24 hrs. Not the case, they didn’t open until 8am. so, thank goodness i only had to wait a few minutes for them to open. I was the second person in line. I about walked out when i saw a small sign that said treatment must be paid for now. I was thinking that meant i had to pay for the whole thing up front. That was not the case. All i had to pay was the $ 10 co-pay. They take the office visit co-pay not the ER co-pay. I liked that even though i had x-rays i was still in and out in about an hour. they gave me a disc with my x-rays on the disc. i still like to look at them. in the trickle down of follow-ups(general Dr sent me to sports med Dr, sports med Dr sent me to surgeon,) craziness, the hand surgeon sad that for where the break was located they did not give me the right splint. he had his team of mad scientist make me a hard plastic contraption works better. over all i would go back to this urgent care. the staff were friendly. the hours are OK. i wish they would open earlier.
