Starbucks is (supposed) to be Starbucks. I’m not sure why they can’t seem to follow the recipe that they were trained to follow. I don’t order anything extra or special and about 50% of the time, it seems that they’ve added 1 too many pumps to the drink. I should just stick with my neighborhood Starbucks.

Friendly staff but poor service. Ordered a pourover, waited 10 minutes, asked if it was ready, and they said they were just about to start making it. Common problem for those of us who don’t want Pike in the afternoon, but always disappointing when the frap machine never misses a beat. Is Starbucks a coffee roaster or a milkshake maker?

The coffee is pretty good. most of the staff are pretty nice. But the people going through the drive thru or pulling out of parking lots are psychotic. This however is not Starbucks fault. Overall pretty good services and staff.

I have to write a rebuttal to my previous post. I have been there a few times since my last entry. The service has been quite well and every drink that I have ordered has been very good and consistent. My daughter has now found her favorite drink as well it is a bubblegum Frappuccino Just let them know it has the raspberry base if they ask.

I’m here just about every weekend to get a caffeine fix before adoption events across the street at Petco. They get my order right almost every time but this parking lot stinks. I love the convenience of a drive through but it’s very easy to get stuck in a traffic jam when you’re trying to leave.

Starbucks is popping up all over the area. Wherever you turn, there is one.
I happened to be around the Gravois Bluffs area and voila there was one to satisfy my caffeine needs.
Really can’t go wrong. Got prompt and friendly service.

Not the best Starbucks. Usually get drinks right. Just off HWY 30, so quick on and off. I prefer the independent coffee shops but sometimes all that is around is Starbucks.

Definitely not the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The first time I ever went there, they got my order wrong. The last time I was there something was definitely off with my drink. When they get it right it’s good though. The workers are generally nice but as someone who loves Starbucks, I’m pretty disappointed that this is the one closest to me.

Love this location! Usually stop in on my way to work. I have always received prompt and friendly service from all staff members I’ve encountered. Never had an issue with my order and it’s always wonderfully executed.
