Very dissapointed with our visit last fall… let me explain. We bring our Hyundai in and are told our all in one belt is bad and a few minor things. Car acted better, but something seemed missed. This fall, not quite a year later, we go to the Hyundai dealer and explain the belt situation. Shockingly, we were told and shown«our belt» which Vek’s replaced. It was cracked and worn, the dealer said their was no way we got a new belt last fall. Won’t be back, don’t care if it’s around the corner, I’ll drive to get good service.

Woke up, fell outta bed, dragged a comb across my head. Found my way downstairs and drank a cup, looking up I noticed I was late… found my coat and grabbed my hat and then I noticed that my battery was dead *facepalm. Fortunately for me, working — living — eating and breathing on Owen’n’Leroy there happened to be the kind folks at Vek’s to save my day. No sooner than me telling them my battery was dead was the owner already at my car with a juice pack to give me a complimentary jump ‘We do this all the time, no problem’ said the kind brown man with his awesome, awesome peppered gray hair. And off I was to work, no later than I already was going to be. They’ve been there over 25 years which is awfully impressive and will surely be my next stop any time I need any maintenance done on my ol’ Bessie(or just another free jump :)
