For the last 40 years, we have serviced the greater Flint area and surrounding counties including Genesee, Livingston, and North Oakland of Michigan. History

Established in 1972.

Zwierzynski Waterproofing is a family owned business located in Fenton, MI and has been servicing the greater Flint area for over 30 years. Stan Zwierzynski began Zwierzynski Waterproofing in 1972. After working with his dad for a little over 10 years, John became the business owner and continues to consult with customers over the phone, give estimates, and complete procedures necessary to keep basements dry.

John Zwierzynski, son of founder Stanley Zwierzynski, aka «Stan the Basement Man,» graduated from Flushing Schools. Following in his dad’s footsteps, John began waterproofing full-​time in 1996 and started learning the skills necessary to become a strong and honest laborer and business man. John became the owner of Zwierzynski Waterproofing in 2005 and now resides in Fenton, MI with his wife and five children.
