The short story is that the stuff are very well-trained into conning you. I was deceived into purchasing through a lease agreement when I insisted that I wanted to purchase a phone with with upgrade, 2-year service contract option. I was told that it was not possible, that was the first lie. The second lie is that I would receive a $ 10 discount for being a loyal sprint customer that will show up on my bill. The third lie was that the tablet I received for signing up for the«iphone forever» program was free. Not at all… they are charging me $ 15 per month. Finally, when I went back to return my phone and to have the phone number for the market manager of the store, they told me that he did not have a phone number that I could contact him, ha! The worst part of the experience(outside of being there for an hour) was that I asked so many questions that while I was signing the agreement the customer rep and manager skipped through screens so that I could not read what I was signing. Then I would ask to go back to read it and all of a sudden the electonic contract(it was on a tablet) began having issues. I guess I should have known better. My advice is that you work DIRECTLY with or the 1800 number. If you absolutely insist on going into a store, DONOT choose this one because they are trained CONARTISTS.

Horrible customer service manager was eating chips while speaking to me. I’m not sure they even graduated from first grade. They had no customer service skills. Find the next store closest to you save yourself from dealing with unprofessional customer service representatives and managers. Will never be back

I ordered the new Iphone 6 from this store. I worked with sales consultant Damon & he was super helpful. He called & let me know when my phone came in and transferred all of my contacts and pics over to my new phone. I came back a couple days later b/c I was having trouble hooking up my phone to my bluetooth in my car and earpiece. He set up both of them for me. I appreciate the great customer service I received.

This isn’t a ‘real’ Sprint Store. I was directed to this location from for an in store pickup with a scheduled appointment time to set up service and they would not honor the offer. They directed me to a Sprint ‘Corporate’ store(14 Mile and John R.) so that was nice of them. The corporate store didn’t understand why they wouldn’t honor the deal. Save time and call before you go or just go to the corporate store.

The most INCOMPETENT employees, that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Also, when I say incompetent, please not that it is actually putting it mildly. I started a new service with sprint at this location in December. Since day one, they screwed up my entire account, causing me to be on the phone with sprint customer service on a daily basis. I cannot even begin to explain the back and forth I had to go through. No body there could ever answer any of my questions, I always got different answers for everything. Apparantly they also don’t know their own company policy on cancelling your service within 10 days without penalty fees… because I was told that I was not allowed to cancel at anytime after i signed the contract without the penalty fee, which was an out right lie. I have NEVER in my life been so frustrated with a company… It’s bad business for Ferndale. I honestly don’t know how that place stays in business. I have since switched to T-mobile.

My mother is deaf and utilizes the Sprint Relay Plan for data/text service on her cell phone. Her phone broke, so she visited this location for help getting it fixed. Joe was very kind and patient and used notes to explain to my mom her options, and at her request, even called me to advise me and ask for my opinion. With his help, we were able to upgrade her to a new phone for free, they called me as soon as the phone came in, and were even going to activate it for her but couldn’t get through the Relay Process to finish. Character is defined by how you treat people, and their kindness, patience and help went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks Joe!
