Suburban Collision of Ferndale

Two years ago, there was a bad storm in my neighborhood, and a tree fell on my car while it was parked in my driveway. My insurance company sent me to Ed Schmid Ford Collision Center to have it fixed. They kept my car a week; and other than the lengthy repair time, it was a pretty typical repair. Except for one thing: every time it rained, it rained inside my car too. It was clear there was a leak in my windshield, but it was more annoying than troublesome.
I was driving by their location the other day, and I thought I’d stop in and see if they could fix the leak. I knew it was a gamble, considering I had the work done 2 years ago, and I didn’t have my receipt on me. Vince, the manager there, couldn’t have been nicer. He located my paperwork, and had me come in to meet his glass repairman then next day. The leak was a tiny one, and they had it fixed for me in half an hour — for free!
I couldn’t be more pleased with their excellent customer service, and the speed and ease in which they fixed my car. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a good collision center!
