Tecoso Computer Repair

Extra charges make this place shady…

After having an extremely disheartening experience with another repair company, I brought my laptop to Tecoso for repair. They were extremely helpful and returned the computer as good as new (with the exception of some virus removal that I chose to do myself). The price was good and their customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them for future computer repairs!

I have a 5 year old Toshiba laptop that I thought might be done for. I thought I’d have to buy a new laptop (which, by the way, they had a couple for sale in there, too). Instead, they cleaned it up, re-​installed Windows, added some memory and for what I need this laptop to do… it’s as good as new. Plus they added anti-​virus. I’m soooo happy.

My computer came down with an obnoxious virus and Tecoso was the only computer repair place in Ferndale that actually answered their phone. I dropped it off on a thursday and it was ready for pick up the following tuesday. The total cost wasn’t too bad and they were very clear on what was going to happen, how long it would take and how much it would cost. The owner was friendly and answered all of my questions before and after. I approve.

I love this place! Why can’t there be more computer shops like this? Where have you been my whole life? I seriously can’t express how awesome Sara and Neal were to deal with my computer support and just building me one of the greatest computers ever. I wanted my pc to have all sorts of bells and whistles and Neal had a suggestion for just about any combination of all sorts of amazing-​sounding options.
You see the secret here is they’re building you a computer, just the way you want it. Need it. It’s like a Whopper but for computer eaters. You’ll burp with delight. Guaranteed! I bought my first machine with these guys almost 6 years ago, and it’s still running great as I type this review.
Seriously people, if you want the best computer fixing experience out there, check out Tecoso! You will thank me.

I brought my computer here after I contracted a nasty virus that held my computer hostage. The owner was friendly, smart, and didn’t treat me like an idiot for not being computer savvy. Not only did she get rid of the virus, I had my computer back in about two days!!! I highly recommend Tecoso for exceptional service! I will not hesitate to call should my computer have issues again!
