Love absolutely everything about these apartments. The actual apartments are lovely — they are very spacious. The bathroom is huge, the living room is huge, and the kitchen and bedrooms are all pretty large as well. The finishes and buildings are also very nice and very easy to maintain. In terms of actual maintenance, the maintenance team is very responsive and very quick. I’ve had to submit two maintenance requests, and they were both accommodated within a day. The grounds are also very well maintained — everything is mowed, cleaned, and the trash is removed from the beautiful garbage enclosure regularly. The amenities are absurd — I feel like I live at a resort. The sauna, on-site masseuse, tanning salons, year-round jacuzzi and pool all really add to that atmosphere. The recently renovated gym and party venue(which includes a pool table, a bar, a movie theatre, and an outdoor space with grills and a beautiful gas-fired pit) are all lovely and frequently used. I even celebrated a Birthday there and my guests were thoroughly impressed. Lastly, the management and staff are very friendly and accommodating. There was recently a switch in management from Pinnacle to FPI, and it was relatively seamless. My only complaint is that I can not live here forever. You really can’t find a better place for a better price, but unfortunately I have to relocate because of my career path.

The office is suppose to be open at 10 today. Temp here who can’t hand over keys. Meanwhile we have a moving truck waiting paid by the hour and can’t move in. Looks like management is serously lacking. Think twice before committing here.

I no longer reside here but my mom still does. Even though management definitely still needs improving, I gotta say I miss living here because of the amazing new gym they have. You have two tanning rooms, a sauna, super fancy gym & pool + hot tub?! Over all, the complex is amazing. I’d just say customer service skills need improvement especially since my mom has been here 3+ years.

My Husband and I lived in these apartments for a year when they were brand-spanking new. We even lived in the first section of apartments before the second section had begun to get built. We lived in a gigantic town home apartment, 3 levels with an attached garage. I LOVED my apartment, LOVED it. I can’t say enough lovely things about the actual layout and finishings. We still talk about that apartment and how beautiful it was, it really felt like a home. We had a washer/dryer room and a huge bedroom with large closet. We loved the center house and used their gym and pool constantly. The reason for the 3 stars is mostly how the management dealt with things: For instance we moved into a front apartment where the second section was going to be built, but no one told us this. And no one told us there was going to be terribly noisy construction that started at 6am every morning for 6 months right outside our window. Also both toilets had lids that didn’t quite fit on the seat, so every time you sat down to do your business, the lid would move to the side and drop you down a couple inches. We had our seats replaced several times but even the maintenance guy, who was super nice admitted they just didn’t «fit right». I still think of this every time I have a «seat». My husband was in the military at the time and we took impeccable care of our place. When we moved out however we were hit with all kinds of fees. They said we trashed the carpet and a bunch of other miscellaneous things that just weren’t true. So not only did we not get our deposit back, we had to pay over a grand of various repairs. Overall again, the apartments and maintenance were super great, but for what we paid we felt we didn’t get our value. These are higher end apartments and I felt they pulled the standard shady apartment stuff… hopefully it’s better now.
