O’Reilly Auto Parts

This place is not what it seems. Oriellys Auto Parts in Fife, WA… This store has more managers than workers, managers for this, managers for that, managers in training, blah, blah, blah. I worked there for three months as a secondary job (part time) and had to stock shelves, ring up customers, and a lot of other things that could have easily been done by so called managers, but they like to hang around the front counter, step outside, be on their personal phones, etc. The last straw for me was on a Sunday when this new so called manager came to work with a hangover, and some dude that she had met in the store the previous day brought her lunch. She left me in the store for over an hour while she was outside ogling his Camaro. I had two lines of impatient customers, and I dealt with it the best I could but when my shift was done that Sunday at closing 7 pm, I had made up my mind never to go back. This was a very disappointing experience for me and I recommend anyone looking for a second or part time job… steer clear of this place. This place needs to have a visit from the corporate office for restructure.
