Run down rooms, wifi that doesn’t work, sub par breakfast, broken laundry machine, unresponsive owner.
Even for a budget motel, this hotel ain’t cutting it. This place makes a motel 6 look like the ritz. I’m on a roadtrip and have stayed at campgrounds much nicer than this.

This is a great place to stay. I did not give it 5 stars due to bathroom plastering, it is older but nice. The bed was great with 4 nice fluffy pillows. We usually sleep in a water bed and this bed was nice compared to a lot of places. It was quiet, had a nice size fridge, double the normal small one. We usually stay near the fairgrounds but too any druggie stay there so you get no sleep. The continental breakfast is the best we have ever had. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, English muffins, toast, bagels, 2 kinds of jam, peanut butter, honey, cream cheese, waffles with syrup in container not those tiny plastic containers, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, 2 kinds of danish apple and cinnamon, 2 kinds of muffins blueberry and chocolate, yogurt, 4 kinds of cereal, oranges and apples. Nothing ever ran out, the breakfast staff were friendly, fast, and efficient. Front desk staff very friendly. We come up about 4 times a year, we will stay here from now on. I use to be in management with a major chain, so know a good place. The sheets, pad, towels were all very clean. The whole place was very clean.

we stayed here a few months ago, working at a hotel myself I was appalled by the condition of the room. there was stains on the sheets, stains really everywhere. holes in the wall that were patched but not painted, broken fixtures in the bathroom. we got a suite and I was very upset with the amount of money we paid for the room. the outside parking lot seems unsafe, and shady people hanging around the hotel that were not guest. I saw police officers dealing with guest twice in one night. the staff were friendly but didnt know much about the area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. nor will I ever visit again.

I’m giving this hotel a 4 stars not because it’s fancy but instead based on price, for 75.00 (2 queens) a night one would be hesitant on what to expect. This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the past year. When we opt for a evening splurge at the casino and it’s booked we now have this reasonable/​comfortable hotel across the street to rely on. Although it’s been there many years, you know the one… with the castle front entrance! It has been pleasantly updated, it’s clean and has the perk of nice size flat screen TV (HBO) with a mini fridge and microwave which I always appreciate. Even though it was a busy Sat. night with parking lot all full on back side it was surprisingly quiet in room, must be good wall insulation which is a great perk. The only complaint is the fat pillows that prevent one from getting the perfect head comfort. They did put like 4 or 5 on each bed but all were the same just too thick and firm, eeeerrrr. The beds were just beds, not horrible but don’t expect comfy pillowtop. Another nice feature we’ve enjoyed both times was the light but nice breakfast offerings served complimentary in the lobby. Warm foods include make-​yourself waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Cold foods are yogurt, cereal, some prepackaged muffins/​pastries, fresh bread/​bagel/​english muffins to toast yourself with butter, cream cheese, jelly and peanut butter. Drinks are 2 juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Everything you need to make your tummy happy before departing. Overall you simply can’t beat the price with what it offers.

My boyfriend and I were looking for some quiet quality time along, but still staying local. We decided to stay at quality in suites in fife in their Jacuzzi room. The location is perfect just off of i5, a good area of town, a lot of places around walking distance.
The staff was very friendly, within a few minutes of our arrival we requested 2 more pillows (to lean on while watching TV) the staff delivered them with 10 minutes. We were impressed.
The room itself was spacey and nice new tiling on the floors. The only negative thing my boyfriend and I had to say about this place is their was a small stain on the beige comforter and the picture online did not look like the tub in the room (see side by side picture on main page)

I’m an East coast city girl. I don’t expect much from an inexpensive inn that’s off of a highway (I5) and surrounded by the coming and going of 18 wheelers. I arrived in WA earlier than expected and the staff allowed me to check in 2 hours prior to their normal check in time (highly appreciated). Front desk staff was courteous and accommodating and ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean, I was little turned off by the holes in the bed linens (but I did request a smoking room… So I wasn’t surprised either) They provided free breakfast: typical assortment of breakfast items like waffles, toast, plain bagels, scrambled and hardboiled eggs, pastries, fruits, yogurts, cereal, instant oatmeal and their coffee was some of the best I’ve had (and I’m a Starbucks-​espresso-​put-​a-​few-​hairs-​on-​your-​chest type of girl) They have on-​site laundry, housekeeping wont come knocking unless you need them, the inn is clean from the lobby to the rooms, complementary breakfast until 9:30am, complementary coffee and tea all day and best of all their rates are always cheap!

Robbed within 30 minutes of being here. Criminals!!!
Not more then 30 minutes after checking in and then leaving my room to grab food a person robbed my room. All caught on video. Forced open the window and unlocked the door. I was specifically targeted, video shows the car come straight to my room and no others. Police were notified and case filed. Plates of the car recorded. The officer was VERY suspicious about employee involvement. Case is ongoing.
Spoke to GM who showed little interest, I understand hotels aren’t liable, but when asked if they would even consider a comp I was met with a snark reply. Cancelled the remainder of my stay, that too was met with a questionable response.
This is a REALLY shady hotel. I lost $ 3,500 in goods, including clothes and toiletries. I warn everyone to stay away from here at all costs. Money saved is not worth the risk.

Rooms are clean the night front desk lady is nice and friendly. The walls are thin and people next door were being loud outside. but overall good and affordable

Stayed here for the weekend. My Room was clean, people were nice that work here. Had no problems at all with the stay. Breakfast was Ok Quite would stay here again.

I have never stayed at a place that had rude employees as this one. If you just need a place to stay/​sleep for a night it was clean and had comfortable beds but we checked in and the girls running the counter appeared to not know what was going on. There was something wrong with the key card maker but there was no resolution to the problem offered. They didn’t even know if our room was clean. Checked in at 1:30 and they say check in is at 1. We had to ask and even then the answers were vague. No apologies or we will take care of as soon as possible was offered. Everytime we had to go to office there were people in line waiting with only one girl at desk. I was just not impressed with the customer service at this place.

I have been staying here for approximately a week while i move out of my Renton place and prepare to move to South America to retire (YAY!) I *was* happy with everything and *would* have given this place 5 stars, but had to take one away because of ONE BAD EMPLOYEE Elisha (afro-​American chick w/​HORRIBLE attitude issues)… HEY! Elisha! Time to wake up and smell your paycheck going away… because I will NOT rest until YOU are fired.
I was a happy camper until I was informed that Elisha charged me twice for my 2 indoor cats staying here (and I said: I thought I already paid the cat deposit? And she assured me that I did not… but I paid it on the first night I checked in)… Well, according the the rest of the STELLAR staff, I did pay it on the first night (OK… sometimes I have a bad memory, but not this time)
The tall maid, Katie is a GEM!!! OMGosh! She *almost* (btw… I use *asterisks* because you can’t use italics in this format to highlight something important) made me chafe up my review to 5 stars, but due to Elisha’s hideous attitude I must keep it at 4… although, frankly, that is generous) Elisha just *has* to ruin everything with her funked up attitude.
Anyway… onward and upward. Elisha has taken up enough of my valuable time.

Inexpensive, clean and friendly staff. Newer furnishings and fixtures. It’s across the street from a big casino too.

The rate showing was $ 79 which is a steal but decided to call their reservations directly to see if they offered a military discount which they did… got it for $ 74 instead. Was looking for something close to the sights in Seattle but hotel rates shown there were pretty pricey. This facility has practically EVERYTHING! It included free breakfast and I’m not talking just continental but a REAL breakfast (eggs, sausages, waffles, etc…) free wifi, microwave and mini fridge in the room, 2 queen beds, coffee maker and other amenities. It also had a fitness room and a self laundry facility. Thank goodness for the laundry room bcuz I DESPERATELY needed to wash clothes with 2 little ones constantly getting dirty. The room was clean, nicely furnished and the beds were comfy cuz I slept great! Yes it’s a bit away from the sights of Seattle but for what I get at $ 74/​nt, u can’t beat that! The only thing that they didn’t have was a pool but who wants to waste their time there when there’s lots to see in Seattle. I highly recommend this place.
