I bought a house that needed a new roof years before I ever owned it, and these guys were the perfect choice.
After almost 3 years of overpriced estimates from other guys trying to sell me their «companies credentials» and «marked-​up reputation» prices, then came Doug and the hard working, honest and respectable crew. ***Thank you crew!***
Allow me to emphasize: I expect quality for every penny removed from my possession, because I work hard for every one of them. I ask a lot of questions, I have to know details, and I have conditions. Above all, quality and personable honesty followed closely by fairness.
My check list:
— Quality material that will last
— Honest and fairly priced craftsmanship
— PEOPLE who are not just «doing their job» and going through the motions «on behalf» of a «reputable company»
— RESULTS based upon provided expectation

Seriously, this wasn’t just a resurface job, it was every piece of underneath panel board complete with new venting and a few supported 2″-6“s!
Happily described everything in detail to me as I walked around on my new roof looking it over, and I wasn’t charged any extra for the 2″-6“s or new trim metal.
Highly recommended!

We had the roofing done on the garage and the the house. They gave a great deal, the best part was that we didn’t have to wait for weeks or months after the the deposit for them to perform the work. Work was professionally done in a quick amount of time. I recommend this company to everyone that wants to be treated with respect and professional.

Please do NOT do business with this company. They put a 30yr roof on my house and new gutters for a hefty price of $ 14,000. I had them come back because they used damaged parts on the gutters, sawed off the fascia board extensions, and the gutters extended 3 inches beyond the roof line and did not even reach the end of the roof at the other end. I couldn’t believe it. A couple of days later once it started raining I noticed that water was pouring onto the ground near the foundation because the downspout was improperly placed. I became suspicious of their quality of work and had a «licensed, bonded roofer» come to inspect the roof and he found that the section over the garage was not installed per the manufacturers’ specs and he advised me that the product would not be warranted since it was not installed correctly. I’ve made many attempts to contact Statwide to no avail. Meanwhile I find out that Statewides license was suspended Dec 2014 so I am not even covered under state law for consumer protection. They claimed they belong to BBB, Master Builders, and had $ 2 million insurance coverage. THESE ARE ALL LIES. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. Doug Gracia is rude and their business practices lack one ounce of integrity!

Like many other reviews, I was contacted by a knock at the door stating they were doing business in the area. I agreed to an estimate for gutters, that I thought would be done on the spot. To my shock, he needed to confirm an appointment with a scheduler.
First, it should have been a no brainer quote. Two straight runs at 44 feet on the second story, with downspouts.
Second, it has been two months and still have no estimate. Why? Because they refused to stop by unless both myself and wife were home. I did make the time however, and they no-​showed as they have with many others. I called when they were late and 10 days later received a call to reschedule. Sorry but if we are home together and I make time to follow your process and you no-​show, you get no work from me! An appointment to get a quote on gutters is the last thing we want to spend our time doing when we have the rare opportunity to be home together.
A local shop quoted over the phone and suggested painting the fascia board before installing. Don’t worry, they offered to do that too and advised on the best paint to buy.
My advise, hang the no soliciting sign and don’t do business with Statewide. I am curious how much they would have been. $ 600 for painting and gutter install, I think, is a fair deal. When I worked in construction, they ran $ 4 to $ 10 a linear foot depending on design, gauge and hangers.

We had a very nice guy come to our door and I agreed to having them come do an estimate the next day, unfortunately we had to reschedule for today (Dec 30, 2013) at 10am. Here it is now 12:17pm and their guy is a no show.
Word of advise for this company, if you’re going to schedule appointments and not follow through then have the courtesy to call people and tell them you aren’t coming. Sorry but our lives do NOT revolve around crappy businesses.
We now know that when we go to have our roof completely redone that your company is NOT reliable. Reliability and good customer service are the keys to good business, your company lacks both.

Not an awful experience but no experience at all since my estimator NEVER SHOWED UP!
I am sorry but that is noway to run a business. I called and cancelled my «appointment».

This place is a joke.
They cold called me Wednesday and said «We have been doing some work in your neighborhood and wanted to know if you have any construction or remodeling projects that you would like a quote on». We are going to replace a roof on a shed we have in the backyard this year and since we spoke recently about this, I told them to stop on by for an estimate. The call took only a few minutes and I was told they would be here on Friday at 10(which is also my day off).
I agreed and after waiting till 11:20AM Friday, I called to check in. I spoke with a lady who was less than helpful. As I listened to her rifling through paperwork while murmuring about just needing a minute to get the ‘thing’(This is when my confidence in this company really started deflating). She finally finds the ‘thing’ and says «Oh, you are the one who has the outbuilding shed right?»
«Yes, that’s me.»
«Yeah that project is smaller than what we are used to doing».
«A call would have been nice since I waited around on my day off for this, or maybe not scheduling it at all since you all knew exactly what I was interested in, and on top of that, you called me!» I said.
She seemed stumped, but I am sure her job at this point was only to ‘let me down easy’ about not having the privilege of their services. «We did call.»
«I was home last night and never got a message»
«Yeah, we didn’t leave a message»
«Well a message would have been nice. Take me off your f*cking list.»
Like it wasn’t the first or last time she would hear it, she said «I will do that.»
Just my experience here, I wouldn’t recommend and I can’t wait to see what they reply with in rebuttal to this review. Seems like companies who are only out to make a buck, instead of a new customer for life, like to do that sort of thing when it’s people tell the world how bad they really are.
EDIT: I should add, the lady who booked this, and the lady I spoke with today didn’t do anything wrong. Both did their jobs just fine.
The problem is that whoever decided that I wasn’t worth the FREE quote they called me with should have grown a pair and called me themselves. Sir or Ma’am, whoever you are, I hope you treat your employees better than your (would be) customers. The shed is small, but my next project is a greenhouse and my whole home. And I will not be using this company.
