Subway

Honestly, this is the best subway I’ve been too. J and I are two of my favorites. They make my sandwiches with love every time. I’m always very pleased with my food. Just the right amount of sauce and a perfect amount of jalapeños. Very friendly atmosphere despite the location.

This is another one of those hit or miss places that you have to watch out for. Some days you can come here and get a great sandwich and good service, other days run the other way. I guess you can expect that from fast food restaurants, but sometimes there is a LIMIT.
For example, since I got it, I always use the app to pre-​order my food, and then go over to pick up my order. About 3 weeks ago, my children and I went and the guy working was just wonderful, he made our sandwiches just right and was really good at his job. That is why they get a 2,.
However a week ago I used my app and placed our order, my son gets there to pick up our order (that is paid for) and it wasn’t ready, the young lady working didn’t know how to work the machine and get the orders off of it. (Now I don’t profess to be a rocket scientist, but I think I could even figure out how to get the orders off of the machine.) We showed her the order off of the phone app, and she TRIED to make the sandwiches, but failed, MISERABLY! When I called her back to tell her that the sandwiches were messed up, she gave me her name and told me to contact the manager the next day.
I called the manager and was told that I needed to call a different number. I called the number and left a message. For a WEEK, I tried to reach the man in charge of this restaurant. After a long week and a little phone tag, I was finally able to reach the gentleman in charge. His solution was to have my food remade, as I ordered it. So tonight we decided to go back and get our order of food. MISTAKE!!! I will give props to the young lady who made our sandwiches, but it was still a MISS! I know she tried to make me a great sandwich, but it was a miss, as you can see by the pictures below.
I know it’s fast food, but at least make it good fast food. Sorry Subway, but this time was a miss, and I wish I had of went to Wendy’s.

Comparable to other Subways, however you have to watch out for the redlight cameras in Fife, WA. Your sandwich can be very expensive due to the redlight cameras. Best to avoid due to the redlight cameras.

Jasmine was very sparingly with EVERYTHING, had to ask for more everything… And my sandwich was a bit burnt to.

As far as Subways go, the food and everything is pretty comparable here, (although the inside of the shop itself is noticeably «upgraded”– comfy chairs and seating area, etc) but the customer service is well above average. We come here all the time and are always happy with the staff. Extra kudos to Lisa, who was especially helpful & friendly!

Yuck! Day old (maybe two) bread, had to beg for 10 pickles instead of the allotted 6. The bread was so dry that I picked off the bacon and threw the sandwich away after eating 3 bites. Waste of money!

They did a very good job handling the crazy crush of people during the lunch rush. Two people making sandwiches, two people ringing up the orders, and a supervisor overseeing the entire process. This location is also open 24 hours, so if you have a late night hunger and want to avoid your usual fast food options, this location will be ready to help you with lightning speed.

You would expect Subways to all be the same, but I swear this one has some of the best and freshest bread. The staff is always extremely friendly and eager to please. And this is definitely one of the cleanest fast food places I’ve visited — they do a good job of maintaining during the day. If you’re looking for a Subway sandwich, I would definitely recommend this location.
